{"id":19678,"date":"2026-10-15T14:00:18","date_gmt":"2026-10-15T12:00:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/?p=19678"},"modified":"2026-10-26T18:01:40","modified_gmt":"2026-10-26T17:01:40","slug":"238-protettori-termici-tmc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2026\/10\/15\/238-protettori-termici-tmc\/","title":{"rendered":"#238 PROTETTORI TERMICI TMC"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Non basta dire che <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2026\/10\/08\/237-la-doppia-via-di-tmc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>TMC produce in\u00a0Germania<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>protettori termici, sensori e soluzioni estremamente innovative per il <strong>controllo della temperatura<\/strong> perch\u00e9 ogni singolo prodotto rappresenta a suo modo un\u2019innovazione originale, nata da anni di esperienza sul campo e che merita di essere approfondita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">I protettori termici di TMC <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/09\/09\/1-tmc-hai-problemi-con-il-tuo-tradizionale-fornitore\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/09\/09\/1-tmc-hai-problemi-con-il-tuo-tradizionale-fornitore\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sono stati il primo argomento trattato da R&amp;D Social<\/a> oltre cinque anni fa. In molte occasioni ho fatto riferimento a questo eccezionale prodotto, alle sue particolarit\u00e0 e alle sue unicit\u00e0 e ora voglio spendere qualche parola in pi\u00f9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">I protettori termici della <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/protettori-termici-nc\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/protettori-termici-nc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">serie C<\/a><\/strong> nascono fin dall\u2019origine come alternative originali a prodotti gi\u00e0 esistenti sul mercato. <strong>TMC <\/strong>non \u00e8 stata la prima a produrre protettori termici per motori e trasformatori. Ma lo ha fatto con una mentalit\u00e0 e un design estremamente innovativi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/09\/13\/2-che-cosa-provoca-lapertura-e-la-chiusura-dei-contatti\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/09\/13\/2-che-cosa-provoca-lapertura-e-la-chiusura-dei-contatti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">La lamina di bimetallo che provoca l\u2019apertura dei contatti<\/a><\/strong> \u00e8 situata all\u2019interno di una custodia metallica e perfettamente nel mezzo. In questo modo il protettore pu\u00f2 essere posizionato su qualsiasi lato, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/10\/13\/53-il-lato-sensibile-del-protettore\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/10\/13\/53-il-lato-sensibile-del-protettore\/\">perch\u00e9 non ne ha uno pi\u00f9 sensibile o meno, sono esattamente equivalenti<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">La custodia a sua volta \u00e8 in acciaio e pu\u00f2 resistere a una compressione di <strong>600N<\/strong>, circa <strong>60 Kg<\/strong>. Questo rende il protettore <strong>TMC <\/strong>perfettamente adatto ad essere inserito all\u2019interno di un avvolgimento. Inoltre, la custodia metallica ha una forma lineare che rende la superficie omogenea su entrambi i lati, perch\u00e9 i cavi entrano lateralmente senza provocare deformazioni nella linearit\u00e0 della forma del protettore, al contrario di quanto accade con i protettori fabbricati da alcuni concorrenti che hanno un cavetto di connessione che si collega al protettore dalla parte alta, dandone una forma molto irregolare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">La \u201c<strong>Serie C<\/strong>\u201d \u00e8 composta da 3 diversi protettori:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7\" style=\"color:#222222;font-size:16px\"><strong>Modello <\/strong>\u201c<strong>C1<\/strong>\u201d &#8211; Protettore con dual protection e quindi sensibile alla corrente, che aumentando porta un declassamento e il protettore ad intervenire prima. Lavorando su questo effetto e studiando bene le curve <strong>RT <\/strong>(<strong>resistenza VS temperatura<\/strong>) \u00e8 possibile prevedere a quale livello di corrente potr\u00e0 intervenire. Lavora a <strong>2,5A<\/strong> per <strong>250V <\/strong>per <strong>10.000 cicli<\/strong>, con punte massimo di <strong>6,3A <\/strong>per <strong>3000 cicli<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8\" style=\"color:#222222;font-size:16px\"><strong>Modello <\/strong>\u201c<strong>C4<\/strong>\u201d &#8211; Identico al \u201cC1\u201d per dimensioni e prestazioni ma esclusivamente termico, quindi molto poco influenzato dalla corrente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9\" style=\"color:#222222;font-size:16px\"><strong>Modello <\/strong>\u201c<strong>C8<\/strong>\u201d &#8211; Stesse dimensioni dei modelli precedenti ma esclusivamente termico, e con portata <strong>6,3A<\/strong> per <strong>250V <\/strong>per <strong>10.000 cicli<\/strong>, con punte massimo di <strong>10A<\/strong> per <strong>3.000 cicli<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-10 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#222222;font-size:16px\">Alla \u201c<strong>Serie C<\/strong>\u201d si aggiunge la \u201c<strong>Serie R<\/strong>\u201d, quella dei protettori termici a riarmo elettrico e quindi a riarmo manuale. Grazie alla combinazione tra un protettore termico PTC, una volta che il protettore \u00e8 intervenuto, il PTC manterr\u00e0 quella temperatura rendendo impossibile il ripristino automatico del dispositivo che potr\u00e0 avvenire solo se la corrente verr\u00e0 scollegata manualmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-11 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Anche la \u201c<strong>Serie R<\/strong>\u201d \u00e8 suddivisa in 3 diverse esecuzioni:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-12\" style=\"color:#222222;font-size:16px\"><strong>Modello <\/strong>\u201c<strong>R1<\/strong>\u201d &#8211; Stesse dimensioni dei modelli precedenti ma sensibile alla corrente, e con portata <strong>6,3A<\/strong> per <strong>250V <\/strong>per <strong>1.000 cicli<\/strong>, massima corrente nominale raccomandata <strong>1.6A<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-13\" style=\"color:#222222;font-size:16px\"><strong>Modello <\/strong>\u201c<strong>R4<\/strong>\u201d &#8211; Stesse dimensioni dei modelli precedenti ma molto poco sensibile alla corrente, e con portata <strong>6,3A <\/strong>per <strong>250V <\/strong>per <strong>1.000 cicli<\/strong>, massima corrente nominale raccomandata <strong>2.5A<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-14\" style=\"color:#222222;font-size:16px\"><strong>Modello <\/strong>\u201c<strong>R8<\/strong>\u201d &#8211; Stesse dimensioni dei modelli precedenti ma sensibile alla corrente, e con portata <strong>10A <\/strong>per <strong>250V <\/strong>per <strong>1.000 cicli<\/strong>, massima corrente nominale raccomandata <strong>5A<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1090\" height=\"395\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/CR.png\" alt=\"TMC\" class=\"wp-image-19684\" style=\"width:800px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/CR.png 1090w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/CR-300x109.png 300w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/CR-150x54.png 150w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/CR-767x278.png 767w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/CR-1024x371.png 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1090px) 100vw, 1090px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-15 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#222222;font-size:16px\">In un mercato in cui i motori pi\u00f9 innovativi sono quelli costruiti \u201csenza spazzole\u201d (<strong>Brushless<\/strong>), <strong>TMC\u00a0<\/strong>non poteva esimersi dallo sviluppare qualcosa di unico. Si tratta di uno dei protettori termici pi\u00f9 sottili in assoluto al mondo, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/74lch.r.ag.d.sendibm3.com\/mk\/cl\/f\/sh\/1f8JIKXwHGa3AtqZsSQpJFwnOW\/UH2m-gyM1Me2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">il modello<\/a>\u00a0<u><a href=\"https:\/\/74lch.r.ag.d.sendibm3.com\/mk\/cl\/f\/sh\/1f8JIKXwHGaS86VmpcwgZczCUe\/-KXschVch-oj\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>F1<\/strong><\/a><\/u><\/strong>. Parliamo di un dispositivo rettangolare dello spessore di soli <strong>2,3 mm<\/strong> sviluppato per trasmettere prevalentemente un segnale. Infatti, lavorano a soli <strong>250 mA\/250 V<\/strong> per <strong>10.000 cicli<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-16 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#222222;font-size:16px\">S\u00ec, in giro altri produttori hanno una gamma standard pi\u00f9 vasta, che raggiunge portate pi\u00f9 alte. Su questo per\u00f2 <strong>TMC\u00a0<\/strong>sta lavorando e il prossimo anno ci riserver\u00e0 sicuramente qualche sorpresa positiva. La forza di <strong>TMC\u00a0<\/strong>non \u00e8 lo standard o la mischia, ma \u00e8 la capacit\u00e0 di sviluppare qualcosa di unico costruito sulle esigenze del cliente.
