{"id":19334,"date":"2026-06-18T14:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-06-18T12:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/?p=19334"},"modified":"2026-06-29T14:17:37","modified_gmt":"2026-06-29T12:17:37","slug":"224-panoramica-sui-sensori-rd-components","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2026\/06\/18\/224-panoramica-sui-sensori-rd-components\/","title":{"rendered":"#224 PANORAMICA SUI SENSORI R&amp;D COMPONENTS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"m_869997584652323861isPasted\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Quella di\u00a0<strong>R&amp;D Components<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e8 una gamma sempre pi\u00f9 una vasta che diventa tentacolare e che cerca di raggiungere, o anticipare le idee e le necessit\u00e0 dei suoi clienti, quelli pi\u00f9 dinamici e intraprendenti, quelli che non si siedono sugli allori e che non si accontentano dei risultati raggiunti, e come diceva Celentano \u201c<strong>Se cammini vai avanti<\/strong>\u201d<sup><strong>1<\/strong><\/sup>\u00a0e lo slogan di\u00a0<strong>R&amp;D Components<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e8 proprio \u201c<strong>Noi andiamo avanti<\/strong>\u201d, per arrivare ovunque lo chieda il mercato, per questo voglio fare una breve panoramica limitandomi solo al mondo dei sensori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">In generale i&nbsp;<strong>sensori&nbsp;<\/strong>sono dispositivi che hanno lo scopo di rilevare un dato necessario a leggere una situazione e trasmetterlo a uno strumento in grado di interpretarlo ed eventualmente di intervenire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">I sensori di&nbsp;<strong>R&amp;D Components<\/strong>&nbsp;possono essere racchiusi in&nbsp;<strong>5 diversi gruppi<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>1)<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/sonde-di-temperatura\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Sensori di temperatura<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/03\/03\/25-sensori-di-temperatura\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>RDS art. 25<\/strong><\/a>). Il sensore \u00e8 l\u2019elemento sensibile intorno al quale viene costruita la sonda che prende il nome dal sensore stesso. A seconda del metodo di rilevamento della temperatura possono essere:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/ptc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Termistori PTC<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0<strong>Positive Temperature Coefficient<\/strong>\u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/01\/27\/20-termistori-ptc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>RDS art. 20<\/strong><\/a>) sono costituiti da un semiconduttore ceramico che modifica la propria resistenza in funzione della temperatura. Nella fattispecie la resistenza cresce con l\u2019aumentare della temperatura. Temperatura d\u2019intervento dai\u00a0<strong>30\u00b0C<\/strong>\u00a0ai\u00a0<strong>190\u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/ptc\/#kty\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Sonde KTY<\/strong><\/a>: (<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/02\/03\/21-sensori-kty\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>RDS art. 21<\/strong><\/a>) Anche in questo caso si tratta di\u00a0<strong>Positive\u00a0Temperature Coefficient<\/strong>\u00a0ed \u00e8 un\u00a0<strong>Silicon Resistive Sensor<\/strong>, detto anche\u00a0<strong>KTY<\/strong>. Questo nome fu dato a questo tipo di sensore dalla\u00a0<strong>PHILIPS<\/strong>, che fu la prima a produrlo. Si tratta di un\u00a0<strong>semiconduttore\u00a0<\/strong>in\u00a0<strong>silicio<\/strong>, simile a un diodo, che copre un ampio campo di misurazione. Soddisfa la maggior parte dei requisiti industriali, soprattutto nel campo dei\u00a0<strong>motori\u00a0<\/strong>e\u00a0<strong>motoriduttori<\/strong>. A differenza dei termistori\u00a0<strong>PTC<\/strong>, i sensori\u00a0<strong>KTY\u00a0<\/strong>hanno una\u00a0<strong>curva RT<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0resistenza-temperatura<\/strong>, quasi lineare.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/sonde-ntc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Termistori NTC<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0<strong>Negative Temperature Coefficient\u00a0<\/strong>(<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/02\/10\/22-termistori-ntc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>RDS art. 22<\/strong><\/a>) sono sensori realizzati tramite\u00a0<strong>semiconduttori\u00a0<\/strong>prodotti con\u00a0<strong>ossidi di metallo drogati<\/strong>, vale a dire con aggiunte di piccole percentuali di atomi esterni, allo scopo di modificare le propriet\u00e0 elettroniche del materiale. Al contrario di quanto abbiamo visto per i\u00a0<strong>PTC<\/strong>, con i termistori\u00a0<strong>NTC\u00a0<\/strong>la resistenza diminuisce con l\u2019aumentare della temperatura. Per scegliere il sensore\u00a0<strong>NTC\u00a0<\/strong>pi\u00f9 adatto alla nostra applicazione, dobbiamo individuare innanzitutto gli elementi che determinano la\u00a0<strong>curva RT<\/strong>\u00a0(<strong>Resistance\u00a0\/\u00a0Temperature<\/strong>). Questi sono la\u00a0<strong>Resistenza<\/strong>\u00a0a\u00a0<strong>25\u00b0C<\/strong>\u00a0e il valore di\u00a0<strong>Beta<\/strong>, che in gergo chiamiamo pi\u00f9 semplicemente \u201c<strong>K\u00a0<\/strong>e\u00a0<strong>\u03b2<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Termistori RTD<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0<strong>Resistance Temperature Detector<\/strong>: (<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/02\/17\/23-termoresistenze-rtd\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>RDS art. 23<\/strong><\/a>) come i\u00a0<strong>PTC\u00a0<\/strong>e i\u00a0<strong>KTY<\/strong>, sono termoresistenze caratterizzate da un coefficiente di temperatura positivo. La particolarit\u00e0 degli\u00a0<strong>RTD\u00a0<\/strong>va trovata nella crescita costante della resistenza tale da garantire una lettura lineare, veloce e precisa in un range di utilizzo che va da\u00a0<strong>-200\u00b0C<\/strong>\u00a0a\u00a0<strong>+850\u00b0C<\/strong>\u00a0con una rappresentazione grafica della\u00a0<strong>RT\u00a0<\/strong>che \u00e8 una linea retta che rende pi\u00f9 facile e precisa la rilevazione della temperatura. Il metallo che \u00e8 risultato pi\u00f9 idoneo per questo tipo di sensore \u00e8 il\u00a0<strong>Platino\u00a0<\/strong>(<strong>Pt<\/strong>) che ha un valore della resistenza nominale di\u00a0<strong>100 Ohm a 0 \u00b0C<\/strong>. Per questo motivo sono spesso chiamate anche sonde\u00a0<strong>PT100<\/strong>\u00a0o\u00a0<strong>PT1000<\/strong>, a seconda del grado di resistenza che si raggiunge a\u00a0<strong>0\u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termocoppie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Termocoppie<\/strong><\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/02\/24\/24-termocoppie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>RDS art. 24<\/strong><\/a>): Si tratta di sensori di temperatura, composti da due\u00a0<strong>fili metallici<\/strong>\u00a0di materiali diversi, uniti in un punto definito\u00a0<strong>giunto caldo<\/strong>, che rappresenta il punto in cui viene letta la\u00a0<strong>temperatura<\/strong>. Dall\u2019altra estremit\u00e0 i due conduttori sono liberi. La parte terminale viene definita\u00a0<strong>giunto freddo<\/strong>, che normalmente \u00e8 collegato a un\u00a0<strong>circuito<\/strong>, tramite una\u00a0<strong>morsettiera<\/strong>, che connette la sonda a uno\u00a0<strong>strumento di misura<\/strong>, in modo diretto o per mezzo di una prolunga. La norma di riferimento delle\u00a0<strong>termocoppie\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e8 la\u00a0<strong>EN-60584<\/strong>\u00a0che ne identifica i diversi tipi sulla base dei materiali utilizzati e dell\u2019intervallo di temperatura che sono preposte a misurare, classificandole con lettere dell\u2019alfabeto. La funzione di un\u00a0<strong>sensore di umidit\u00e0 o di temperatura<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e8 quella di rilevare dei valori e di convertirli in numeri leggibili in modo tale da poter intervenire qualora se ne rendesse necessario. I sensori di umidit\u00e0 utilizzano materiali che cambiano\u00a0<strong>resistenza elettrica<\/strong>\u00a0mentre\u00a0<strong>assorbono\u00a0<\/strong>o\u00a0<strong>rilasciano\u00a0acqua\u00a0<\/strong>nell\u2019aria. Un cambiamento costante consente di capire quanta umidit\u00e0 c\u2019\u00e8 nell\u2019aria. I sensori\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/altri-sensori\/#JL-THS-8101\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>JL-THS<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0sono simultaneamente sensori per rilevare sia la temperatura che l\u2019umidit\u00e0. Sono dispositivi progettati per rilevare, misurare e convertire il movimento oscillatorio di un oggetto o di una macchina in un\u00a0<strong>segnale elettrico<\/strong>. Analizzando\u00a0<strong>ampiezza\u00a0<\/strong>e\u00a0<strong>frequenza<\/strong>, permettono di monitorare lo\u00a0<strong>stato di salute<\/strong>\u00a0di tutto il sistema. I sensori di vibrazione\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/altri-sensori\/#JL-ZDG-2G\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>JL-ZDG-2G<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0vengono utilizzati principalmente per misurare l\u2019<strong>intensit\u00e0 delle vibrazioni<\/strong>\u00a0degli oggetti. \u00c8 un\u00a0<strong>sensore a contatto<\/strong>\u00a0che deve essere installato direttamente sull\u2019oggetto da monitorare per rilevare direttamente le\u00a0<strong>vibrazioni<\/strong>.
