Vengono definite e misurate tramite tre parametri chiave:\u00a0<strong>Frequenza<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>ampiezza\u00a0<\/strong>e\u00a0<strong>accelerazione<\/strong>. Nei processi industriali \u00e8 molto importante poterle rilevare per tenere sotto controllo i macchinari durante il processo produttivo. Per fare ci\u00f2 esistono i\u00a0<strong>sensori di vibrazione<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">I&nbsp;<strong>sensori di vibrazione<\/strong>&nbsp;sono dispositivi progettati per&nbsp;<strong>rilevare<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>misurare&nbsp;<\/strong>e&nbsp;<strong>convertire&nbsp;<\/strong>il&nbsp;<strong>movimento oscillatorio<\/strong>&nbsp;di un oggetto o di una macchina in un&nbsp;<strong>segnale elettrico<\/strong>. Analizzando ampiezza e frequenza, permettono di monitorare lo stato di salute di tutto il sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">I sensori si dividono in diverse tecnologie e trovano impiego in vari campi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Elettronica di consumo:<\/strong>\u00a0Si trovano negli\u00a0<strong>smartphone\u00a0<\/strong>(per il feedback aptico), nei\u00a0<strong>controller di gioco<\/strong>\u00a0e in alcuni<strong>\u00a0dispositivi indossabili<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Accelerometri:\u00a0<\/strong>misurano l&#8217;<strong>accelerazione del componente<\/strong>\u00a0e la trasformano in un segnale elettrico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Sensori piezoelettrici:<\/strong>\u00a0in conseguenza dell\u2019effetto piezoelettrico diretto generano tensione elettrica quando vengono meccanicamente deformati dalle vibrazioni. Trovano largo impiego nel settore industriale nell\u2019analisi delle vibrazioni delle\u00a0<strong>pompe<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>turbine\u00a0<\/strong>e\u00a0<strong>motori\u00a0<\/strong>per la prevenzione dei guasti meccanici.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Domotica e Sicurezza:<\/strong>\u00a0integrati negli\u00a0<strong>impianti d&#8217;allarme<\/strong>, vengono posizionati su porte e finestre per rilevare urti o tentativi di scasso (come la rottura di vetri).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/JL-ZDG-2G.jpg\" alt=\"vibrazione\" class=\"wp-image-18930\" style=\"width:500px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Dicevamo quindi che il&nbsp;<strong>sensore di vibrazioni<\/strong>&nbsp;viene utilizzato nei processi industriali per il&nbsp;<strong>controllo dei macchinari<\/strong>, che necessitano di un&#8217;alta stabilit\u00e0 di funzionamento ma possono essere rallentati se soggetti a forti vibrazioni, in questo modo si evita un possibile danneggiamento. Collegando il sensore alla sua strumentazione sar\u00e0 possibile avere una&nbsp;<strong>visione generale delle vibrazioni<\/strong>, e prendere le dovute precauzioni. Inoltre, il sensore di vibrazioni controlla i macchinari nella produzione ed aiuta a proteggere le macchine dai sovraccarichi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">I sensori di vibrazione&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/74lch.r.ag.d.sendibm3.com\/mk\/cl\/f\/sh\/OycZvHuFo1eQt9aFzZbO1dMi\/jdpK2E9mLKH-\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>JL-ZDG-2G<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;vengono utilizzati principalmente per misurare l&#8217;intensit\u00e0 delle vibrazioni degli oggetti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">\u00c8 un&nbsp;<strong>sensore a contatto<\/strong>&nbsp;che deve essere installato direttamente sull\u2019oggetto da monitorare per rilevare direttamente le vibrazioni.
