Per fare questo si deve\u00a0<strong>interrompere il passaggio di corrente<\/strong>, ed \u00e8 la\u00a0<strong>funzione\u00a0<\/strong>di questi componenti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Un <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk24\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/bimetallici-normalmente-chiusi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>termostato bimetallico a riarmo automatico<\/strong><\/a> pu\u00f2 intervenire per regolare la temperatura all\u2019interno di due parametri. \u00c8 normale che <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2026\/04\/09\/214-campo-di-azione-della-temperatura\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2026\/04\/09\/214-campo-di-azione-della-temperatura\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>la macchina, funzionando, si surriscaldi<\/strong><\/a> e quindi il termostato ha la funzione di gestire la temperatura per garantire il corretto funzionamento di una macchina e nello stesso momento la sua sicurezza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Gli stessi termostati bimetallici possono essere costruiti con il <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/04\/21\/32-termostati-a-riarmo-manuale\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/04\/21\/32-termostati-a-riarmo-manuale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">riarmo manuale<\/a><\/strong>. In questo caso hanno una funzione di massima sicurezza e, in genere, se intervengono \u00e8 per far fronte a presunte anomalie che devono essere segnalate all\u2019assistenza. Per questo motivo il riarmo non pu\u00f2 avvenire in modo automatico, perch\u00e9 ne deriverebbe anche un intervento quasi sicuramente segreto, perch\u00e9 potenzialmente non percepito dall\u2019utilizzatore. Il riarmo manuale invece costringe l\u2019utilizzatore ad intervenire volontariamente premendo il pulsante del riarmo. Questi dovr\u00e0 prima essersi assicurato delle cause che hanno costretto il dispositivo ad intervenire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Se l\u2019applicazione impone, o suggerisce, un contenimento dei costi, o dimensioni estremamente contenute, allora si pu\u00f2 raggiungere <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/11\/04\/10-come-funzionano-i-termofusibili\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/11\/04\/10-come-funzionano-i-termofusibili\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">un risultato simile utilizzando un termofusibile<\/a><\/strong>. Si tratta di un dispositivo monouso. Una volta intervenuto, garantisce il fermo della macchina, ma non ripristina e deve essere per forza sostituito, obbligando l\u2019utilizzatore a richiedere l\u2019intervento dell\u2019assistenza. Sono comunque componenti di tutto rispetto, economici e di piccole dimensioni. Hanno portate importanti, dai <strong>1A <\/strong>o <strong>2A <\/strong>come gli <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termofusibili\/#sw2\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termofusibili\/#sw2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SW2<\/a><\/strong>, i <strong>5A <\/strong>come gli <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termofusibili\/#sw5\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termofusibili\/#sw5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SW5<\/a><\/strong> fino ai <strong>10A <\/strong>e <strong>15A <\/strong>per <strong>250V <\/strong>garantiti dagli <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termofusibili\/#sw1\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termofusibili\/#sw1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SW1<\/a><\/strong>, o addirittura i <strong>20A <\/strong>offerti dagli <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termofusibili\/#sw3\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termofusibili\/#sw3\">SW3<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">I termofusibili assiali per\u00f2 arrivano a una temperatura massima di <strong>240\u00b0C<\/strong>, con certe esecuzioni speciali che possono raggiungere i <strong>260\u00b0C<\/strong>. Ma come si pu\u00f2 fare se dovesse servire andare oltre questi parametri?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/05\/26\/37-termostati-one-shot\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/05\/26\/37-termostati-one-shot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Ci ha pensato THERMOREX<\/strong><\/a>, nostro fidato partner armeno, che ha sviluppato il modello <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk32os\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/bimetallici-one-shot\/\">TK32OS<\/a><\/strong> (dove la sigla \u201c<strong>OS<\/strong>\u201d significa \u201c<strong>One Shot<\/strong>\u201d). Si tratta di un termostato bimetallico che pu\u00f2 intervenire dai <strong>30\u00b0C<\/strong> ai <strong>425\u00b0C<\/strong>, che lavora a <strong>10A\/ 250V<\/strong>, ma per un solo ciclo.<br>Dopodich\u00e9 non si ripristina o, per lo meno, si resetta solo se si raggiungono i <strong>-25\u00b0C<\/strong>, una temperatura non facile da raggiungere.
