{"id":18413,"date":"2026-03-26T14:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-03-26T13:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/?p=18413"},"modified":"2026-06-03T10:52:32","modified_gmt":"2026-06-03T08:52:32","slug":"212-termostati-per-no-frost","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2026\/03\/26\/212-termostati-per-no-frost\/","title":{"rendered":"#212 TERMOSTATI PER NO-FROST"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">I moderni sistemi di refrigerazione domestica prevedono ormai da anni l\u2019opzione&nbsp;<strong>antighiaccio<\/strong>, che non \u00e8 altro che un sistema di sbrinamento azionato da una resistenza che riscaldandosi evita la creazione di ghiaccio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Ma cosa controlla il lavoro di questa resistenza?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"m_869997584652323861isPasted\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Gli alimenti contenuti in un frigorifero possono portare al congelamento dei vapori acquei e di conseguenza alla creazione di una brina che ghiaccia, che aggiunta al continuo aprire e chiudere della porta non fa altro che favorire questo inevitabile processo che deve essere assolutamente scongiurato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"m_869997584652323861isPasted\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Un metodo pratico ed economico per evitare questo processo \u00e8 quello di utilizzare i\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2025\/02\/20\/162-lo-sbrinamento-nei-frigoriferi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Defrost Timer<\/strong><\/a>, o\u00a0<strong><em>temporizzatori di sbrinamento<\/em><\/strong>, che si accendono ciclicamente e per un tempo prestabilito; in questo modo si elimina la brina senza dover intervenire manualmente. Questi componenti lavorano collegati a un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bulbo-freddo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>termostato a capillare<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0che regola la temperatura, a un overload e al<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">termostato bimetallico<\/a><\/strong>, che a sua volta pu\u00f2 essere connesso con un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termofusibili\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>termofusibile<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0come estrema sicurezza dando vita cos\u00ec a una combinazione no-frost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"m_869997584652323861isPasted\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Si tratta di un assemblaggio tra un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/03\/10\/26-lo-strano-caso-dei-termostati-antigelo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>termostato bimetallico antigelo<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0e un\u00a0<strong>termofusibile di sicurezza estrema<\/strong>, che lavora in serie.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/11\/17\/58-cicli-la-vita-di-un-termostato\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Il termostato cicla<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0determinando il funzionamento della macchina. Generalmente sono dei dispositivi con\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/12\/16\/16-termostati-con-contatti-normalmente-aperti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>contatti normalmente chiusi<\/strong><\/a>, che aprono i contatti tra i 12\u00b0C e i 15\u00b0C a seconda delle temperature scelte, e li richiudono circa 10\u00b0C sotto l\u2019intervento ma in qualsiasi caso sopra lo Zero. Questa applicazione per\u00f2 richiede una sorta di operativit\u00e0 inversa, passatemi il termine, perch\u00e9 mentre normalmente ci si focalizza sulla temperatura d\u2019intervento del termostato per interrompere il funzionamento di una macchina, in questo caso lo scopo del lavoro del termostato \u00e8 il\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/10\/20\/54-differenziale-e-ripristino\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>reset<\/strong><\/a>, perch\u00e9 nel momento in cui i contatti si chiudono, la resistenza inizia a lavorare, evitando cos\u00ec che la condensa si trasformi in ghiaccio, mentre quando i contatti tornano ad aprirsi non \u00e8 altro che la messa a riposo di questo elemento riscaldante che smette di lavorare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"m_869997584652323861isPasted\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Qualora il termostato dovesse fallire o smettere di lavorare a causa di un difetto costruttivo o perch\u00e9 giunto alla\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/10\/07\/6-il-termostato-muore-aperto-o-chiuso\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>fine della sua \u201cvita\u201d lavorativa<\/strong><\/a>, la temperatura potrebbe continuare a salire con conseguenze anche serie verso l\u2019apparecchiatura. Per evitare che questa anomalia possa degenerare in un danno per la macchina, o peggio, viene posto un limite a questo innalzamento, e questo limite \u00e8 raggiunto con<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/11\/04\/10-come-funzionano-i-termofusibili\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l\u2019intervento di un termofusibile<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Combi.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18414\" style=\"width:600px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">La distanza tra la temperatura massima di apertura del termostato e quella di lavoro del termofusibile in genere \u00e8 abbastanza importante, perch\u00e9 difficilmente, per lo meno in un\u2019applicazione antigelo, il termostato va oltre i&nbsp;<strong>15\u00b0C<\/strong>&nbsp;di apertura, e considerando la tolleranza che non deve mai essere oltre i&nbsp;<strong>3\u00b0C<\/strong>&nbsp;arriviamo a&nbsp;<strong>18\u00b0C<\/strong>. I termofusibili utilizzati hanno un intervento a<strong>&nbsp;72\u00b0C<\/strong>, ma un&nbsp;<strong>Th<\/strong>, la temperatura massima che pu\u00f2 mantenere per almeno 168 ore senza danneggiarsi, \u00e8 di&nbsp;<strong>57\u00b0C<\/strong>, quindi la distanza dovrebbe garantire la sicurezza che le normali operazioni i di lavoro non porteranno mai la temperatura a raggiungere queste soglie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"m_869997584652323861isPasted\" style=\"font-size:16px\">In qualche raro caso per\u00f2, per applicazioni diverse dai frigoriferi per uso domestico, mi \u00e8 capitato di vedere utilizzare termostati a\u00a0<strong>35\u00b0C<\/strong>\u00a0in serie con termofusibili a\u00a0<strong>72\u00b0C<\/strong>.
