Un dispositivo che apre i contatti a\u00a0<strong>100\u00b0C<\/strong>\u00a0e li chiude a\u00a0<strong>90\u00b0C<\/strong>, avr\u00e0 un ripristino (o\u00a0<strong>Reset<\/strong>) a\u00a0<strong>90\u00b0C<\/strong>\u00a0e un\u00a0<strong>differenziale\u00a0<\/strong>(detto anche\u00a0<strong><em>Delta T<\/em><\/strong>) di\u00a0<strong>10\u00b0C<\/strong>. Ma un differenziale ristretto indica una qualit\u00e0 superiore del termostato?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Sicuramente un\u00a0<strong>ripristino ristretto<\/strong>\u00a0indica una caratteristica estrema del termostato e la sua capacit\u00e0 di lavorare ad alte prestazioni. Pi\u00f9 \u00e8 bassa la differenza tra intervento e reset e pi\u00f9 il dispositivo \u00e8 in grado di offrire alte performance. Ci sono per\u00f2 molti fattori che possono influenzare un intervento, sia in apertura che in chiusura, come ad esempio la portata e il passaggio di corrente con le conseguenze che derivano dall\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/11\/25\/13-protettori-termici-ed-effetto-joule\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>effetto Joule<\/strong><\/a>, oppure la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/10\/21\/8-l-importanza-della-posizione\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>velocit\u00e0 dell\u2019incremento della temperatura<\/strong><\/a>, o la\u00a0<strong>conduttivit\u00e0\u00a0<\/strong>sia\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2026\/01\/22\/203-conduttivita-elettrica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>elettrica<\/strong><\/a> che\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2026\/01\/29\/204-conduttivita-termica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>termica<\/strong><\/a> dei materiali utilizzati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Chiaramente non \u00e8 cos\u00ec automatico che una macchina di alta gamma abbia necessariamente bisogno di dispositivi ad alte prestazioni. Tutto dipende dall\u2019applicazione e dal compito che viene assegnato a questa sicurezza. Esistono diversi tipi di termostati o protettori capaci di offrire un\u00a0<strong>differenziale molto ristretto<\/strong>, addirittura di solo\u00a0<strong>1\u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Stiamo parlando della serie\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/altri\/#jrma\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>JRMA<\/strong><\/a>e\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/altri\/#jrmd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>JRMD<\/strong><\/a>. Ma soprattutto un\u00a0<strong>differenziale\u00a0<\/strong>compreso tra\u00a0<strong>1\u00b0C<\/strong>\u00a0e\u00a0<strong>3\u00b0C<\/strong>\u00a0sotto la temperatura d\u2019intervento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Il modello\u00a0<strong>JRMA\u00a0<\/strong>lavora a\u00a0<strong>2A AC 120V<\/strong>\u00a0e\u00a0<strong>2A DC 24V<\/strong>\u00a0per 100.000 cicli.
