Questa propriet\u00e0 fisica in un componente per il controllo della temperatura ha una notevole importanza perch\u00e9 una tardiva lettura <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/06\/16\/39-ritardo-termico\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/06\/16\/39-ritardo-termico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pu\u00f2 portare a un&nbsp;<strong>ritardo termico<\/strong><\/a>, con tutte le conseguenze del caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Per quanto un metallo possa essere ad alta conduttivit\u00e0 termica, rappresenta sempre e comunque un passaggio che il calore deve fare per attraversarlo. Questo richiede sempre un periodo di tempo prima che il calore possa giungere al <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/09\/13\/2-che-cosa-provoca-lapertura-e-la-chiusura-dei-contatti\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/09\/13\/2-che-cosa-provoca-lapertura-e-la-chiusura-dei-contatti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">disco di bimetallo per provocarne l\u2019intervento<\/a>. Questo fenomeno non va sottovalutato. Le parti sensibili a contatto con la fonte di calore sono prodotte con materiali ad alta conduttivit\u00e0 termica. Ad esempio l\u2019<strong>acciaio<\/strong>&nbsp;usato per alcuni tipi di sensori nei&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-a-bulbo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>termostati a bulbo<\/strong><\/a>,&nbsp;in alternativa al&nbsp;<strong>rame<\/strong>,<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>o per le basi dei&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>termostati bimetallici<\/strong><\/a>, oppure l\u2019<strong>ottone<\/strong>&nbsp;che trova larga applicazione nei termostati bimetallici quando vengono prodotti con la base esagonale e il filetto (o vite) di fissaggio per migliorare la tenuta e lo <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2026\/02\/05\/205-fissaggio-e-filetto\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2026\/02\/05\/205-fissaggio-e-filetto\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">stesso fissaggio di questo componente<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Come pi\u00f9 volte ho avuto modo di spiegare, per ogni applicazione che richiede l\u2019utilizzo di un controllo di temperatura esiste un prodotto ideale con le caratteristiche tecniche necessarie a garantire il funzionamento ottimale del dispositivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Succede cos\u00ec che per rendere pi\u00f9 diretto il rilevamento della temperatura siano stati sviluppati alcuni termostati nei quali il bimetallo \u00e8 completamente libero. Vengono impiegati per controllare la temperatura dell\u2019aria nei convettori termici e negli asciugacapelli. Ovviamente, da un lato questo dispositivo garantisce un intervento estremamente rapido. Ma dall\u2019altro, l\u2019esposizione del bimetallo libero, senza protezione, pu\u00f2 portare a forti interferenze esterne, anche semplicemente granelli di <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/11\/03\/56-polvere-tra-i-contatti-e-conducibilita-elettrica\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/11\/03\/56-polvere-tra-i-contatti-e-conducibilita-elettrica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sabbia o polvere, che ne pregiudicano il regolare funzionamento<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Termostati-a-vista.jpg\" alt=\"Bimetallo a vista\" class=\"wp-image-17990\" style=\"width:700px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Esiste anche un&#8217;altra soluzione, pi\u00f9 protetta. Si tratta di un normale termostato bimetallico nel quale la base in acciaio non \u00e8 presente. Il disco di bimetallo \u00e8&nbsp;<strong><em>a vista<\/em><\/strong>, e viene detto anche <strong>termostato a&nbsp;disco esposto<\/strong>. Anche in questo caso, la protezione \u00e8 sicuramente inferiore a quella di un normale termostato e le possibilit\u00e0 di infiltrazioni esterne potrebbero mettere a rischio il normale funzionamento di questo dispositivo. Per contro per\u00f2 pu\u00f2 fare affidamento su tempi di reazione estremamente brevi e un vero e proprio intervento rapido. Se serve una lettura pressoch\u00e9 istantanea e non viene utilizzato in un ambiente particolarmente invaso da sostanze esterne, allora questa esecuzione \u00e8 l&#8217;ideale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">I termostati con bimetallo a vista restano comunque componenti che lavorano a contatto con la superficie.
