Si tratta di un intervento meccanico azionato da un principio di fisica, cio\u00e8 la reazione dei metalli alla temperatura. Questo, indipendentemente dal passaggio o meno della corrente elettrica. Tuttavia, si \u00e8 giunti a comprendere che questo sistema poteva essere usato per interrompere (o azionare) l\u2019alimentazione elettrica in caso di surriscaldamento di una macchina, trasformandolo in un\u00a0<strong>dispositivo di sicurezza<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Per consentire a un&nbsp;<strong>termostato bimetallico<\/strong>&nbsp;di diventare un dispositivo di sicurezza si deve fare in modo che questo venga inserito all\u2019interno di un&nbsp;<strong>circuito elettrico<\/strong>, in modo tale che l\u2019intervento abbia effetto sul suo funzionamento. Tale inserimento avviene tramite una connessione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Il connettore pi\u00f9 tradizionale \u00e8 quello a innesto rapido, <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2025\/12\/11\/199-i-connettori-e-le-connessioni\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2025\/12\/11\/199-i-connettori-e-le-connessioni\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>o pi\u00f9 comunemente (ma impropriamente) detto<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Fast-On<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Per convenzione vengono utilizzati due principali modelli. Uno, il pi\u00f9 comune sui termostati, ha una larghezza di\u00a0<strong>6,3 mm<\/strong>\u00a0per uno spessore di\u00a0<strong>0,8 mm<\/strong>. Mentre l\u2019altro ha una larghezza di\u00a0<strong>4,8 mm<\/strong>\u00a0per uno spessore di\u00a0<strong>0,8 mm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Tre quarti dei termostati venduti riporta connettori di questo tipo, ma esistono anche esecuzioni pi\u00f9 particolari, che non tutti i produttori possono, o vogliono, fornire. I terminali fast-on sono a connessione rapida e principalmente vengono forniti in posizione&nbsp;<strong>verticale<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>orizzontale<\/strong>&nbsp;e in alcuni casi \u00e8 possibile fornire una via di mezzo,&nbsp;<strong>inclinati di 45\u00b0<\/strong>. Questo \u00e8 quello che il mercato offre comunemente, ma<strong>&nbsp;R&amp;D Components<\/strong>, tramite&nbsp;<strong>THERMOREX<\/strong>, nostro fidato partner armeno, riesce ad andare oltre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Intanto, restando nel campo dei fast-on \u00e8 possibile offrire inclinazioni\u00a0<strong><em>customizzate<\/em><\/strong>. Ad esempio, qualche anno fa un cliente aveva chiesto un\u2019inclinazione di 30\u00b0. Ma \u00e8 una procedura che sconsiglio tassativamente, soprattutto in fase di produzione. Statisticamente, infatti, il rischio che si vadano a compromettere gli\u00a0<strong>equilibri interni<\/strong>\u00a0del termostato, e conseguentemente di stararlo, \u00e8 alto e pertanto si tratta di un atteggiamento rischioso. Questo soprattutto in presenza di una societ\u00e0 come\u00a0<strong>R&amp;D Components<\/strong>, capace di offrire le dovute alternative, non improvvisate ma garantite dal fornitore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Ma non finisce qui.
