Esiste per\u00f2 un dispositivo che concilia entrambe le esigenze, una sicurezza estrema, ma estremamente sicura e molto economica, ma anche definitiva: stiamo parlando del\u00a0<strong>termofusibile<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">I\u00a0<strong>termofusibili\u00a0<\/strong>sono dispositivi di sicurezza monouso, quindi non si ripristinano e intervengono aprendo un contatto elettrico una volta raggiunta la temperatura per la quale sono costruiti. Il meccanismo che provoca tale intervento \u00e8 basato su un\u00a0<strong>composto chimico-organico<\/strong>, che da uno stato solido a seguito del raggiungimento di tale temperatura, passa a uno stato liquido. <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/11\/04\/10-come-funzionano-i-termofusibili\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Questo composto si chiama<strong><em>\u00a0thermal pellet<\/em><\/strong><\/a>. I termofusibili funzionano per irradiazione di calore. Per questo \u00e8 molto importante valutare il tipo di isolamento che deve essere utilizzato, <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/10\/21\/8-l-importanza-della-posizione\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ma anche il suo posizionamento<\/a>. A volte pochi centimetri possono fare la differenza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Esistono diversi tipi di\u00a0<strong>termofusibili<\/strong>, a seconda della portata (<strong>da 1A a 20A<\/strong>) e dell\u2019esecuzione dei reofori, che possono essere in linea (<strong>assiali<\/strong>) o paralleli (<strong>radiali<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Soffermiamoci sul top di gamma, sui modelli assiali\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termofusibili\/#sw1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>SW1<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0ed\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termofusibili\/#sw3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>SW3<\/strong><\/a>. Entrambi hanno le stesse dimensioni fisiche, ma ci sono alcune peculiarit\u00e0 che differenziano in modo sostanziale i due modelli. Nell&#8217;immagine sottostante, la serie\u00a0<strong>SW-3<\/strong>\u00a0ha un contatto flottante tra il conduttore e il contatto strisciante per funzionare a valori nominali e temperature pi\u00f9 elevate. Infatti, la serie\u00a0<strong>SW-3<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e8 progettata per essere utilizzata dove \u00e8 richiesta una maggiore resistenza a temperatura e tensione. E&#8217; la pi\u00f9 comunemente utilizzata per elettrodomestici, apparecchiature industriali e motori elettrici. In questi casi i\u00a0<strong>termofusibili\u00a0<\/strong>rappresentano l\u2019ultima forma di sicurezza in caso di anomalie.
