Queste peculiarit\u00e0 rendono la mica particolarmente adatta ad essere utilizzata in alcuni tipi di resistenze elettriche utilizzate negli asciugacapelli, nei termoventilatori, negli asciugatori ad&nbsp;aria, nelle lampade e negli elettromedicali, giusto per citare le applicazioni pi\u00f9 comuni. Ma quale tipo si protezione termica viene utilizzata in queste resistenze e quali caratteristiche deve avere?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Le resistenze in mica normalmente hanno dimensioni contenute e piccoli spazi dove alloggiare una protezione termica di sicurezza. <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/09\/13\/2-che-cosa-provoca-lapertura-e-la-chiusura-dei-contatti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Stiamo quindi parlando di un dispositivo bimetallico<\/strong><\/a>, di piccole dimensioni ma che deve essere in grado di intervenire con estrema rapidit\u00e0, perch\u00e9 montati quasi sempre su apparecchi ad uso domestico o comunque a diretto contatto con le persone. In genere il calore prodotto dalla resistenza viene soffiato all\u2019esterno della macchina da una ventola, azionata da un piccolo motore elettrico come nel caso degli asciugacapelli, dei termoconvettori e dei termo ventilatori, le cosiddette stufette elettriche. Se si \u00e8 in presenza di un sovraccarico di calore \u00e8 necessario intervenire con estrema tempestivit\u00e0. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Per questo motivo il protettore termico deve essere costruito escludendo <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/06\/16\/39-ritardo-termico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>qualsiasi possibilit\u00e0 di ritardo termico<\/strong><\/a>. Inoltre sar\u00e0 necessario posizionarlo in un punto che deve essere completamente <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/10\/21\/8-l-importanza-della-posizione\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>attraversato del flusso di aria calda<\/strong><\/a>. Il <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/07\/21\/44-termostati-in-aria\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>termostato in aria<\/strong><\/a> \u00e8 il dispositivo costruito proprio per soddisfare tutte queste esigenze . Si tratta di un modello estremamente essenziale nel quale il bimetallo \u00e8 completamente a vista senza nessuna protezione, che garantisce una lettura della temperatura istantanea. Come \u00e8 semplice immaginare, questo termostato assicura l\u2019esclusione di qualsiasi ritardo termico. Tuttavia, la totale assenza di ogni tipo di protezione della lamina di bimetallo lo espone a qualunque tipo di interferenza esterna. La pi\u00f9 frequente delle quali \u00e8 <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/11\/03\/56-polvere-tra-i-contatti-e-conducibilita-elettrica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>la polvere tra i contatti<\/strong><\/a> o eventualmente <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2024\/05\/23\/128-ossidazione-dei-contatti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>l\u2019ossidazione dei medesimi<\/strong><\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Per questo motivo \u00e8 molto difficile che un termostato in aria venga utilizzato su applicazioni diverse dalle resistenze in mica. Ma di recente, dopo un nostro entusiasmante viaggio in Cina in visita ad alcuni dei nostri numerosi fornitori, siamo rientrati con importanti novit\u00e0 due delle quali proprio nel mondo del termostato in aria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">La prima novit\u00e0 \u00e8 il\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-in-aria\/#S6S2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>S6S2<\/strong><\/a>. Si tratta di un dispositivo perfettamente equiparabile al modello\u00a0<strong>ST12\u00a0<\/strong>ma che pu\u00f2 lavorare a\u00a0<strong>16A<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>250V\u00a0<\/strong>per\u00a0<strong>10.000 cicli<\/strong>.
