Per questo\u00a0motivo\u00a0a volte sono anche definiti\u00a0impropriamente\u00a0monofase,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/12\/15\/62-da-spst-a-3pst\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>ma in effetti sono\u00a0unipolari<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>SPST<\/strong><\/a>. Tuttavia esistono anche molti progetti in cui diventa necessario\u00a0per sicurezza\u00a0che il dispositivo intervenga su due fasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Quando la portata, o semplicemente una scelta tecnica, impongono di interrompere entrambe le fasi, allora diventa necessario usare un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#ak03\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>termostato bipolare<\/strong><\/a>. Si tratta di un\u00a0<strong>DPST\u00a0<\/strong>capace di interrompere il passaggio di corrente sia sulla fase che sul neutro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">In linea di massima <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/09\/13\/2-che-cosa-provoca-lapertura-e-la-chiusura-dei-contatti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>il funzionamento \u00e8 il medesimo per tutti i modelli di termostati bimetallici bipolari<\/strong><\/a>, ma qui mi voglio focalizzare su un gioiellino di\u00a0<strong>TOMIC<\/strong>. Parliamo del modello\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#ak03\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>AK33<\/strong><\/a>. In questo genere di dispositivi il nostro \u00e8 uno di quelli con le dimensioni pi\u00f9 contenute, nonostante possa comunque lavorare a\u00a0<strong>16A 250V<\/strong>\u00a0per\u00a0<strong>10.000 cicli<\/strong>. Viene prodotto nella versione con riarmo manuale oppure con riarmo automatico (<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#ak03\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>AK03<\/strong><\/a>). In questo caso \u00e8 possibile anche scegliere tra una configurazione dei contatti in posizione normalmente chiusi, <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/12\/16\/16-termostati-con-contatti-normalmente-aperti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>oppure normalmente aperti<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/AK33-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"due fasi\" class=\"wp-image-17077\" style=\"width:800px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Il fissaggio \u00e8 affidato a due occhielli posizionati ai due estremi della base e disponibili con due diversi diametri, da\u00a0<strong>3,5 mm<\/strong>\u00a0oppure da\u00a0<strong>4 mm<\/strong>\u00a0(solo per riarmo manuale), qualora <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2023\/11\/10\/103-il-foro-dell-interasse-fa-la-differenza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>vi fosse la necessit\u00e0 di allungare l\u2019interasse<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">La connessione \u00e8 affidata a quattro terminali a innesto rapido delle dimensioni di\u00a0<strong>6,3&#215;0,8 mm<\/strong>. Tuttavia, \u00e8 prevista la possibilit\u00e0 di scegliere l\u2019esecuzione con quattro cavi di lunghezza adattabile a qualsiasi esigenza, o pi\u00f9 semplicemente con i terminali adatti alla saldatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Chiaramente la temperatura viene rilevata in un unico punto e quando viene raggiunta la soglia prestabilita allora i due contatti si aprono simultaneamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Come si diceva, un termostato come questo pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato per interrompere entrambe le fasi di un circuito.
