La commutazione elettronica consente di controllare facilmente la velocit\u00e0 e li rende adatti all\u2019utilizzo negli elettrodomestici.&nbsp;<strong>TMC&nbsp;<\/strong>ha sviluppato un particolare tipo di protettore adatto a questi motori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2024\/05\/30\/129-le-parti-di-un-motore-elettrico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Negli<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>EC Motors<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Il rotore\u00a0\u00e8 esterno e lo statore viene azionato da interruttori elettronici. Le dimensioni molto compatte e l\u2019utilizzo dell\u2019elettronica offre a questi motori la possibilit\u00e0 di intervenire su prestazioni diverse. Come il controllo della velocit\u00e0, ad esempio di una ventola, il controllo della pressione e, chiaramente, della temperatura del motore. Non necessitano di manutenzione, hanno un basso livello di rumorosit\u00e0, e grazie all\u2019elettronica viene effettuato un costante monitoraggio sul corretto funzionamento del motore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Se questi tipi di motore hanno dimensioni ridotte in confronto ai tradizionali\u00a0<strong>motori AC<\/strong>, avranno a loro volta minor spazio per alloggiare i vari componenti. Conseguenza di ci\u00f2 \u00e8 la necessit\u00e0 che questi siano di dimensioni pi\u00f9 contenute. A questo proposito abbiamo gi\u00e0 trattato la questione della <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/03\/17\/27-la-miniaturizzazione-dei-protettori-termici\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>miniaturizzazione dei protettori termici<\/strong><\/a>. R&amp;D Components annovera nella sua gamma alcuni protettori termici con dimensioni veramente micro, come ad esempio i modelli\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/altri\/#brms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>AM01<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/altri\/#brms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>BRMS<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/altri\/#cs2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CS2<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>ed\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/altri\/#st30\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>ST30<\/strong><\/a>. A questi possiamo aggiungere un vero e proprio <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2023\/03\/30\/75-tk127-il-microtermostato-bimetallico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>microtermostato bimetallico<\/strong><\/a>, come il\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>TK127<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0Tuttavia, proprio per i motori a commutazione elettronica, i nostri partner tedeschi di\u00a0<strong>TMC\u00a0<\/strong>hanno sviluppato un modello di protettore termico estremamente compatto, piatto e lineare, tra i pi\u00f9 sottili in assoluto che si possano trovare sul mercato, il modello\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/tmc\/#f1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">F1<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/F1-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"F1\" class=\"wp-image-15873\" style=\"width:650px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Le sue dimensioni (<em>2,3<\/em>&nbsp;mm di spessore per&nbsp;<em>8<\/em>&nbsp;mm di larghezza e&nbsp;<em>10<\/em>&nbsp;mm di profondit\u00e0) lo rendono ideale per il monitoraggio della temperatura negli spazi pi\u00f9 piccoli. Trova applicazione, tra l\u2019altro, nei circuiti stampati e pi\u00f9 in generale nei componenti elettronici. In questo modo contribuisce a quel processo di miniaturizzazione a cui ambiscono molti progettisti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">La bassa portata, solo\u00a0<em>250mA<\/em>, lo rende particolarmente adatto alla trasmissione di segnali. Ma, nel rispetto dei suoi limiti, pu\u00f2 intervenire anche in funzione della temperatura. Si tratta comunque di un <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/09\/13\/2-che-cosa-provoca-lapertura-e-la-chiusura-dei-contatti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>dispositivo bimetallico<\/strong><\/a> che apre i contatti quando rileva la temperatura per cui \u00e8 costruito e li richiude quando la medesima scende sotto una certa soglia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Come per tutta la gamma di\u00a0<strong>TMC<\/strong>, anche gli\u00a0<strong>F1<\/strong>\u00a0sono prodotti su linee automatiche e testati per il 100% della produzione. Possono essere forniti secondo le specifiche del cliente, con cavetti flessibili o rigidi, con pin o in <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2024\/04\/04\/122-protettori-smd\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>versione\u00a0SMD<\/strong><\/a>. Su richiesta possono essere forniti anche adatti all\u2019<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2023\/11\/23\/105-i-motori-e-la-vernice-impregnazione\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">impregnazione sottovuoto<\/a><\/strong>. O anche in versione singola o in serie, ad esempio a terna. Come per la serie \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/tmc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>C<\/strong><\/a>\u201d, il bimetallo \u00e8 posto simmetricamente rispetto al corpo, quindi <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/10\/13\/53-il-lato-sensibile-del-protettore\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>non ha un lato di posizionamento e pu\u00f2 rilevare la temperatura su entrambi i lati<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Questo particolare protettore rappresenta uno dei tanti esempi della filosofia di&nbsp;<strong>TMC<\/strong>.
