Ma quali sono i principali modelli di sicurezza termica?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Esistono numerose alternative di sicurezza termica con caratteristiche estremamente diverse che offrono una discreta variet\u00e0 di soluzioni sulla base delle necessit\u00e0 richieste dell\u2019applicazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">La forma pi\u00f9 semplice e meno impegnativa \u00e8 il\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termofusibili\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>termofusibile<\/strong><\/a> (ne abbiamo parlato <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/11\/04\/10-come-funzionano-i-termofusibili\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">qui<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/11\/18\/12-arco-elettrico-e-termofusible\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">qui<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/01\/13\/18-termofusibile-cosa-puo-succedere-se-th-e-troppo-vicino-a-tf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">qui<\/a>), una soluzione di ridotte dimensioni e di costi estremamente contenuti, un sistema di sicurezza monouso, quindi \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2023\/03\/23\/74-tco-una-sicurezza-estrema-ma-estremamente-efficace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">una sicurezza estrema\u2026 ma estremamente efficace<\/a>\u201d. Chiaramente in caso di intervento \u00e8 necessario sostituire il pezzo e mandare la macchina in assistenza. Trova un larghissimo utilizzo nel mondo della refrigerazione e nelle macchine per caff\u00e8 per uso domestico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">Invece il modello pi\u00f9 diffuso \u00e8 sicuramente il\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/04\/21\/32-termostati-a-riarmo-manuale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>termostato bimetallico a riarmo manuale<\/strong><\/a>. Interviene quando si raggiunge la temperatura sulla quale \u00e8 tarato e si ripristina solo manualmente, premendo l\u2019apposito pulsante, che agisce cos\u00ec da interruttore. Anch\u2019esso interviene una volta raggiunta la temperatura sulla quale \u00e8 tarato ma si differenza dal bimetallico per ragioni costruttive, e per avere un sensore che rileva la temperatura in una posizione generalmente lontana dal corpo sul quale \u00e8 posto il pulsante di riarmo. Trova larga applicazione nel mondo dell\u2019elettrodomestico professionale, dalle macchine per caff\u00e8 ai forni e piani cottura, ed \u00e8 disponibile nella versione unipolare, bipolare e tripolare.- <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">Una via di mezzo tra il termostato bimetallico e il termofusibile \u00e8 il modello\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/05\/26\/37-termostati-one-shot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>TK32OS<\/strong><\/a>. Un termostato bimetallico a tutti gli effetti ma con un reset estremamente lungo, tarato sui\u00a0<em>25\u00b0C sotto lo Zero<\/em>\u00a0(<strong>-25\u00b0C<\/strong>), una temperatura che \u00e8 estremamente difficile che si raggiunga in una situazione di normalit\u00e0, e questa particolarit\u00e0 rende pressoch\u00e9 impossibile il ripristino del termostato cosicch\u00e9 lo si pu\u00f2 definire a tutti gli effetti a \u201cintervento unico\u201d, o pi\u00f9 comunemente one shot. <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2023\/05\/25\/83-un-termofusibile-a-425c\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Questo dispositivo pu\u00f2 arrivare anche a\u00a0<strong>425\u00b0C<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0e diventa interessante quando la normativa impone una sicurezza non ripristinabile al di sopra dei\u00a0<strong>250\u00b0C<\/strong>, temperatura massima dei termostati bimetallici a riarmo manuale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"709\" height=\"945\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/TK32OSBulbi-Per-Articolo.jpg\" alt=\"PTC\" class=\"wp-image-15862\" style=\"width:650px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/TK32OSBulbi-Per-Articolo.jpg 709w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/TK32OSBulbi-Per-Articolo-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/TK32OSBulbi-Per-Articolo-75x100.jpg 75w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/TK32OSBulbi-Per-Articolo-600x800.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 709px) 100vw, 709px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">Per alcune applicazioni particolari, come alcuni tipi di motori elettrici o pompe sommerse, \u00e8 previsto l\u2019uso di un particolare\u00a0<strong>protettore termico<\/strong>, definito a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/riarmo-elettrico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>riarmo elettrico<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(ne abbiamo parlato <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/04\/07\/30-protettori-termici-a-riarmo-elettrico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">qui<\/a>), \u00e8 la <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/01\/27\/20-termistori-ptc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">combinazione in serie di un protettore termico e di un PTC<\/a>.\u00a0Quando il protettore interviene, il PTC mantiene la temperatura a quel livello rendendo impossibile il ripristino. Solo scollegando la presa della corrente manualmente si potr\u00e0 fare in modo che la temperatura torni a scendere e il protettore a ripristinarsi, ecco perch\u00e9 il riarmo elettrico \u00e8 considerato una forma di riarmo manuale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">Una soluzione pi\u00f9 unica che rara invece \u00e8 quella della combinazione di un termostato bimetallico con un\u00a0<strong>PTC\u00a0<\/strong>ed \u00e8 il modello\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#arr03\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>ARR03<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0prodotto da\u00a0<strong>TOMIC<\/strong>. Le misure sono quelle dei normali termostati bimetallici. Il corpo \u00e8 leggermente pi\u00f9 basso, ma dipende anche dai costruttori. Al suo interno \u00e8 presente un\u00a0<strong>PTC\u00a0<\/strong>che mantiene la temperatura ai livelli di intervento, in modo che non si ripristini finch\u00e9 volontariamente non si \u00e8 scollegata l\u2019apparecchiatura dall\u2019alimentazione della corrente. Le prestazioni sono inferiori a quelle di un termostato bimetallico, ma contemporaneamente sono di molto superiori a quelle di un protettore termico con\u00a0<strong>PTC<\/strong>. Il\u00a0<em>range\u00a0<\/em>di temperature su cui pu\u00f2 essere tarato va da\u00a0<em>60\u00b0C<\/em>\u00a0a\u00a0<em>150\u00b0C<\/em>, il numero di cicli garantito \u00e8 di\u00a0<em>6.000\u00a0<\/em>ma pu\u00f2 lavorare a\u00a0<em>16A\u00a0<\/em>con\u00a0<em>230V\u00a0<\/em>e un massimo di\u00a0<em>20A\u00a0<\/em>e\u00a0<em>200\u00a0<\/em>cicli.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div
