Questi depositi possono essere molto pericolosi per i motori elettrici e rischiano di comprometterne fortemente le prestazioni o addirittura lo stesso funzionamento. Ma \u00e8 possibile evitare questo fenomeno?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Sicuramente ho semplificato molto un fenomeno fisico naturale. E&#8217; per\u00f2 quello che in effetti succede e tutti lo possiamo verificare quando, dopo avere fatto una doccia calda, abbiamo gli specchi appannati. Lo stesso succede all\u2019interno della carcassa di un&nbsp;<strong>motore elettrico<\/strong>. Questo&nbsp;soprattutto quando deve lavorare all\u2019aperto o in ambienti soggetti a forti&nbsp;<em>escursioni termiche<\/em>&nbsp;e a un<em>&nbsp;alto tasso di umidit\u00e0<\/em>. Basti pensare al settore navale, estrattivo oppure ai cantieri. Ma pi\u00f9 in generale a tutte quelle installazioni che lavorano all\u2019aria aperta tutto l\u2019anno, senza bisogno di trovarsi a particolari latitudini. Le nostre coste o i nostri monti forniscono gi\u00e0 un ambiente che pu\u00f2 dare origine a questo fenomeno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">La presenza di acqua all\u2019interno dei motori, per quanto minima, e pur essendo un processo molto lento, pu\u00f2 rappresentare un&nbsp;<strong>grande pericolo<\/strong>, nonostante i motori siano costruiti a regola d\u2019arte con tutti gli isolamenti e le sicurezze possibili. I danni sono infiniti. Possono andare dal blocco dei cuscinetti, a un corto circuito dello statore, all\u2019ossidazione delle varie parti metalliche, per esempio di quelle in alluminio che col tempo si possono pian piano sfaldare compromettendo irrimediabilmente il motore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Esiste per\u00f2 una soluzione che pu\u00f2 evitare, o per lo meno rendere molto difficile, la creazione di questo fenomeno. E&#8217; il ricorso all\u2019uso di\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/accessori\/#scaldiglia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>scaldiglie\u00a0anticondensa<\/strong><\/a>. Si tratta di\u00a0<strong>cavetti autoriscaldanti multifilari<\/strong>\u00a0in\u00a0<em>nickel-cromo<\/em>, ricoperti da un nastro adesivo in poliestere e rinforzato e protetto da una calza in\u00a0<em>fibra di vetro<\/em>. Vengono inserite all\u2019interno dell\u2019avvolgimento e hanno il compito di scaldare il motore o il generatore, eliminando l\u2019umidit\u00e0 e la condensa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Scaldiglie.jpg\" alt=\"scaldiglie\" class=\"wp-image-15013\" style=\"width:700px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">L\u2019installazione viene fatta sugli avvolgimenti, prima del processo di verniciatura o impregnazione, su richiesta del cliente perch\u00e9 nessuna normativa la impone o la raccomanda. Dopo un&#8217;adeguata&nbsp;<em>impregnazione<\/em>, le&nbsp;scaldiglie&nbsp;formano una massa omogenea con l\u2019avvolgimento e hanno una buona conduttivit\u00e0 termica. Solitamente vengono progettate per adattarsi attorno all&#8217;avvolgimento dello statore, coprendo almeno il&nbsp;<em>70%<\/em>&nbsp;della sua circonferenza, e vengono prodotte con misure diverse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Le&nbsp;<strong>scaldiglie&nbsp;<\/strong>possono essere inserite anche in un secondo momento, una volta che il processo di produzione del motore \u00e8 stato portato a compimento. Si installano nell&#8217;alloggiamento del motore o nel coperchio mentre il motore \u00e8 aperto per il riavvolgimento o la manutenzione.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Le&nbsp;<strong>scaldiglie&nbsp;anticondensa<\/strong>&nbsp;vengono normalmente messe in funzione per un periodo di circa&nbsp;<em>2\u20133 ore<\/em>&nbsp;quando il motore o il generatore si ferma. Proprio per questo non produce pi\u00f9 calore e rischia di favorire la formazione di condensa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Per questo motivo una scelta prudente e lungimirante come quella di dotare un motore di una&nbsp;<strong>scaldiglia&nbsp;anticondensa<\/strong>&nbsp;si pu\u00f2 rivelare vincente nel tempo.
