Pu\u00f2 questa prassi danneggiare un protettore termico?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">L&#8217;<strong>impregnazione<\/strong>&nbsp;di un avvolgimento consiste nel ricoprire le parti di rame con una&nbsp;vernice, in realt\u00e0 una resina, che pu\u00f2 essere di tipo&nbsp;<em>polimerica&nbsp;<\/em>o&nbsp;<em>epossidica<\/em>, lasciando che coli in tutti&nbsp;i&nbsp;punti raggiungibili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Le principali motivazioni per cui si esegue questo processo sono quelle di garantire una&nbsp;<em>maggiore coesione<\/em>&nbsp;tra&nbsp;i&nbsp;fili di rame&nbsp;e&nbsp;nello stesso tempo di&nbsp;<em>proteggerli<\/em>, affinch\u00e9 sfregamenti involontari non li possano danneggiare. Inoltre, la resinatura garantisce un&nbsp;<em>maggiore isolamento elettrico<\/em>, per scongiurare un cortocircuito tre le varie fasi. Permette anche di avere un\u2019ulteriore protezione da polveri&nbsp;e&nbsp;agenti esterni, anche atmosferici. Una resinatura ben fatta garantisce anche al&nbsp;motore&nbsp;<em>prestazioni migliori<\/em>&nbsp;e&nbsp;una&nbsp;<em>maggiore durata<\/em>&nbsp;nel tempo. Questo anche grazie a una maggiore protezione dalle sollecitazioni elettriche&nbsp;e&nbsp;meccaniche.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Queste resine hanno prestazioni&nbsp;e, di conseguenza, costi sempre pi\u00f9 elevati&nbsp;e&nbsp;richiedono mezzi&nbsp;e&nbsp;competenze sempre pi\u00f9 qualificati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">La resina deve poi seccare uniformemente, per questo viene messa in appositi forni. Qui, in modo graduale, tramite due processi fisici, di&nbsp;<em><strong>gelificazione<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/em>prima,&nbsp;e&nbsp;successivamente di&nbsp;<em><strong>reticolazione<\/strong><\/em>, raggiungono il risultato desiderato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Ma&nbsp;i&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/74lch.r.ag.d.sendibm3.com\/mk\/cl\/f\/sh\/OycZvHuFo1eQt9aFzZbO1dMi\/iOhdn7aAfmeE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/protettori-termici\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">protettori termici<\/a>&nbsp;sopportano tutte queste fasi senza subire conseguenze? Dipende. Da cosa? Indipendentemente dal modello (<strong>C1<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>C4<\/strong>&nbsp;o&nbsp;<strong>C8<\/strong>)&nbsp;\u00e8&nbsp;la serie che pi\u00f9 di ogni altra&nbsp;\u00e8&nbsp;adatta ad essere utilizzata all\u2019interno di un&nbsp;motore&nbsp;elettrico perch\u00e9&nbsp;\u00e8&nbsp;stata studiata appositamente per questa applicazione (approfondimenti <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/09\/09\/1-tmc-hai-problemi-con-il-tuo-tradizionale-fornitore\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">qui<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/03\/24\/28-la-resistenza-a-compressione\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">qui<\/a>). La custodia metallica la rende particolarmente resistente alla&nbsp;<em>compressione<\/em> e presenta anche una&nbsp;<em>buona sigillatura<\/em>&nbsp;contro eventuali agenti esterni. Tuttavia, in caso di&nbsp;verniciatura&nbsp;\u00e8&nbsp;consigliabile tutelarsi tramite un escamotage che&nbsp;<strong>TMC<\/strong>&nbsp;ha messo a punto.&nbsp;Questa consiste nella sigillatura del protettore tramite l\u2019apposizione di una resina speciale in prossimit\u00e0 del punto di collegamento tra&nbsp;cavetti&nbsp;e corpo del protettore. Questa operazione rende la&nbsp;<strong>Serie C<\/strong>&nbsp;<em>ermetica&nbsp;<\/em>e&nbsp;adatta all\u2019<em><strong>impregnazione sottovuoto<\/strong><\/em>. Tutta la gamma&nbsp;\u00e8&nbsp;omologata&nbsp;<strong>UL&nbsp;<\/strong>e&nbsp;<strong>VDE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/tomic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AD02<\/a>&nbsp;prodotto da&nbsp;<strong>ALBOL<\/strong>. Anche questo modello pu\u00f2 essere inserito all\u2019interno di un avvolgimento. Grazie a una resina applicata su richiesta, si impermeabilizza contro eventuali infiltrazioni durante il processo di&nbsp;<em>impregnazione<\/em>. Se la resistenza a compressione&nbsp;\u00e8&nbsp;inferiore ai protettori della serie C, il corpo rotondo assicura una maggiore <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2023\/02\/23\/70-resistenza-a-trazione\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">resistenza alla trazione del cavo<\/a>. Su richiesta pu\u00f2 essere fornito con una&nbsp;verniciatura&nbsp;che lo protegge da eventuali infiltrazioni. Sono omologati&nbsp;<strong>UL&nbsp;<\/strong>e&nbsp;<strong>VDE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/tomic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AM07<\/a>&nbsp;prodotto da&nbsp;<strong>ALBOL&nbsp;<\/strong>\u00e8&nbsp;il modello con il maggior grado di protezione da agenti esterni, ed&nbsp;\u00e8&nbsp;classificato come&nbsp;<strong>IP68&nbsp;<\/strong>(vedremo in seguito cosa significa). Sono tutti adatti all\u2019impregnazione sottovuoto, ma non ad essere inseriti all\u2019interno di un avvolgimento, a meno che non si tratti di piccoli&nbsp;motori&nbsp;con sezioni di filo di rame di piccoli diametri.
