Ed \u00e8 chiaro che riducendo le\u00a0dimensioni\u00a0si riducono le prestazioni.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Ma \u00e8 sempre cos\u00ec?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">L\u2019esempio pi\u00f9 facile da citare per dimostrare come riducendo le\u00a0dimensioni\u00a0si riducano le prestazioni \u00e8 quello del paragone tra\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/protettori-termici\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>protettore termico<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0e\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Termostati bimetallici<\/strong><\/a>. Il funzionamento \u00e8 il medesimo, entrambi si basano sul bimetallo che al variare della\u00a0temperatura, in seguito al diverso coefficiente di dilatazione dei metalli che lo compongono, <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/09\/13\/2-che-cosa-provoca-lapertura-e-la-chiusura-dei-contatti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>si piega e apre (o chiude) i contatti<\/strong><\/a>. Le diverse caratteristiche costruttive e le diverse\u00a0dimensioni\u00a0dei bimetalli utilizzati portano i protettori termici a\u00a0<em>performance\u00a0<\/em>molto pi\u00f9 basse dei termostati. I primi infatti si posizionano mediamente su una portata di\u00a0<em>2,5A 250V<\/em>\u00a0per\u00a0<em>10.000 cicli<\/em> e arrivano al massimo, ma solo pochi costruttori ci riescono, a\u00a0<em>16A 250V<\/em>\u00a0per\u00a0<em>10.000 cicli<\/em>\u00a0(si veda\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/altri\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>V7AM<\/strong><\/a>) e non si tratta di microprotettori termici. Lo stesso discorso vale per le\u00a0temperature\u00a0massime dei protettori termici, che non vanno oltre i\u00a0<em>200\u00b0C<\/em>\u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/tmc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>C1<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0e\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/tmc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>C4<\/strong><\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Invece i termostati bimetallici con disco da \u00bd\u201d, per intenderci i\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>TK24<\/strong><\/a>, lavorano normalmente a\u00a0<em>10A 250V<\/em>\u00a0per\u00a0<em>100.000\u00a0cicli<\/em>, con la possibilit\u00e0 di arrivare a\u00a0<em>16A 250V<\/em>\u00a0per\u00a0<em>30.000 cicli<\/em>\u00a0e con una forbice di\u00a0temperature\u00a0che vanno da\u00a0<em>40\u00b0C sotto lo Zero<\/em>, a\u00a0<em>425\u00b0C<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Dimensioni&nbsp;ridotte,&nbsp;<em>performance&nbsp;<\/em>inferiori.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Questa \u00e8 in linea di massima la regola, ma non \u00e8 sempre vero, o almeno non del tutto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"486\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/TK127TK24.jpg\" alt=\"piccole dimensioni\" class=\"wp-image-14231\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/TK127TK24.jpg 800w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/TK127TK24-300x182.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/TK127TK24-768x467.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Abbiamo visto per\u00f2 che\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2023\/03\/30\/75-tk127-il-microtermostato-bimetallico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>THERMOREX\u00a0ha sviluppato il primo\u00a0microtermostato<\/strong><\/a> che rappresenta la via di mezzo tra protettore e termostato. Le prestazioni sono decisamente superiori ai primi e leggermente pi\u00f9 basse dei secondi.
