Invece ora vi dico che possiamo arrivare fino a\u00a0425\u00b0C.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Com\u2019\u00e8 possibile?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">In alcuni casi lo vuole il responsabile tecnico, in altri \u00e8 espressamente richiesto dalla normativa, ma sono molte le applicazioni in cui diventa indispensabile avere una sicurezza estrema non riarmabile. Ecco che veniamo contattati per sapere se sia possibile avere&nbsp;un&nbsp;termofusibile&nbsp;che intervenga a temperature molte elevate, ad esempio sopra i&nbsp;<strong>400\u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">La risposta \u00e8 no. Lo abbiamo detto prima,&nbsp;un&nbsp;termofusibile&nbsp;assiale arriva al massimo a&nbsp;<strong>280\u00b0C<\/strong>, e si tratta di produzioni molto particolari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Esiste una versione di&nbsp;un&nbsp;termofusibile&nbsp;ceramico, che non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 molto diffuso e non fa parte dalla gamma di R&amp;D Components, che \u00e8 in grado di raggiungere una temperatura massima di intervento di&nbsp;<strong>318\u00b0C<\/strong>, ma comunque sia oltre questo limite non si va.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Ma allora esiste una soluzione? In realt\u00e0 ne potrebbero esistere due.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">La prima l\u2019abbiamo vista nell&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2023\/05\/18\/82-e-se-normativa-e-tecnologia-non-trovano-la-quadra\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>ultimo articolo<\/strong><\/a> e ruota intorno al posizionamento del termostato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">La seconda possibile soluzione \u00e8 quella di usare\u00a0un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk32os\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>TK32OS<\/strong><\/a>, il cosiddetto\u00a0<strong>One Shot<\/strong>\u00a0di cui abbiamo parlato <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/05\/26\/37-termostati-one-shot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>qui<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0Si tratta di\u00a0un\u00a0termostato che ha dimensioni identiche a\u00a0un\u00a0qualsiasi <strong>TK24 <\/strong>o <strong>TK32<\/strong>, che pu\u00f2 intervenire fino a\u00a0<strong>425\u00b0C<\/strong>, partendo da\u00a0un\u00a0inizio gamma di\u00a0<strong>30\u00b0C<\/strong>\u00a0(molto inferiore a\u00a0un\u00a0tradizionale\u00a0termofusibile, che ricordiamo essere\u00a0<strong>72\u00b0C<\/strong>) e che interviene una sola volta, a meno che non si raggiunga una temperatura inferiore ai\u00a0<strong>25\u00b0C<\/strong>\u00a0sotto lo Zero, condizione non impossibile ma direi estremamente rara. Ecco perch\u00e9 possiamo parlare di\u00a0un\u00a0termofusibile\u00a0a\u00a0<strong>425\u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"930\" height=\"494\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/TK32OS.jpg\" alt=\"termofusibile\" class=\"wp-image-14199\" style=\"width:698px;height:371px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/TK32OS.jpg 930w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/TK32OS-300x159.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/TK32OS-768x408.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 930px) 100vw, 930px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Per poter effettuare la giusta scelta \u00e8 bene verificare le differenze tra le due diverse sicurezze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Il\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termofusibili\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">t<strong>ermofusibile<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u00e8 di piccole dimensioni, \u00e8 economico e rileva la temperatura per irradiazione di calore, quindi \u00e8 importante valutare con la massima cura il punto in cui viene installato, prestando la massima attenzione alla temperatura ambiente e all\u2019eventuale inerzia termica (si veda\u00a0&#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/10\/20\/54-differenziale-e-ripristino\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Differenziale e ripristino<\/strong><\/a>&#8221; e &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/10\/27\/55-ripristino-e-temperatura-ambiente\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Ripristino e temperatura ambiente<\/strong><\/a>&#8220;). Il range comprende circa 25\/30 diverse temperature comprese tra i<strong>\u00a072\u00b0C<\/strong>\u00a0e i\u00a0<strong>240\u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Invece il termostato\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk32os\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TK32OS<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e8 sicuramente pi\u00f9 ingombrante e molto pi\u00f9 costoso. Rileva la temperatura per contatto, come\u00a0un\u00a0qualsiasi termostato bimetallico, quindi in\u00a0un\u00a0preciso punto e non in\u00a0un\u00a0ambiente. Risulta per\u00f2 essere molto pi\u00f9 preciso, e offre una gamma estremamente estesa che va dai 30\u00b0C fino ai\u00a0425\u00b0C, con la possibilit\u00e0 di scegliere qualsiasi temperatura all\u2019interno di questa forbice.
