{"id":14052,"date":"2023-05-11T14:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-11T12:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/?p=14052"},"modified":"2026-06-03T10:56:48","modified_gmt":"2026-06-03T08:56:48","slug":"81-e-se-la-temperatura-ambiente-e-troppo-alta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2023\/05\/11\/81-e-se-la-temperatura-ambiente-e-troppo-alta\/","title":{"rendered":"#81 &#8211; E se la temperatura ambiente \u00e8 troppo alta?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Che cosa si intenda per\u00a0temperatura\u00a0ambiente\u00a0\u00e8 stato spiegato nell&#8217;articolo \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/06\/09\/38-temperatura-ambiente\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Temperatura ambiente<\/strong><\/a>\u201d.\u00a0Sappiamo che si tratta della\u00a0temperatura\u00a0che viene registrata nell\u2019ambiente\u00a0in cui il termostato opera.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Nella maggioranza dei casi la\u00a0temperatura\u00a0ambiente\u00a0\u00e8 inferiore alla\u00a0temperatura\u00a0d\u2019intervento del termostato tranne nel caso molto particolare,\u00a0e\u00a0molto interessante, dei termostati antigelo che a tale\u00a0temperatura\u00a0risulteranno gi\u00e0 intervenuti, come spiegato in\u00a0\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/03\/10\/26-lo-strano-caso-dei-termostati-antigelo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Lo strano caso dei termostati antigelo<\/strong><\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Esistono per\u00f2 alcune situazioni nelle quali possiamo avere una&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;ambiente&nbsp;superiore,&nbsp;e&nbsp;in certi casi anche in modo molto sensibile, alla&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;d\u2019intervento.&nbsp;Questo a mio avviso si pu\u00f2 verificare a seguito di tre diverse cause:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Inerzia termica<\/strong>. Come abbiamo visto in\u00a0\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/06\/30\/41-inerzia-termica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Inerzia termica<\/strong><\/a>\u201d,\u00a0se\u00a0la\u00a0temperatura\u00a0sale in modo repentino, appena si raggiunge la\u00a0temperatura\u00a0d\u2019intervento il termostato apre i contatti\u00a0e\u00a0la macchina non viene pi\u00f9 alimentata, ma la\u00a0temperatura\u00a0continuer\u00e0 a salire per un tempo variabile a seconda della velocit\u00e0 con la quale si \u00e8 arrivati all\u2019intervento. In questo caso \u00e8 bene che in fase di progetto, prima di essere definitivamente approvato, vengano fatte tutte le considerazioni del caso\u00a0e\u00a0i relativi test. Occorre prestare grande attenzione alle temperature che si prevede si possano raggiungere nell\u2019ambiente\u00a0in cui posizioneremo il nostro termostato.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Anomalia\u00a0e\u00a0malfunzionamento dell\u2019apparecchiatura\u00a0<\/strong>con fallimento dei dispositivi di controllo o di sicurezza della\u00a0temperatura. Trattandosi di un caso particolare \u00e8 difficile tutelarsi a prescindere. Ovviamente a seconda dell\u2019applicazione possono esserci forme\u00a0e\u00a0soluzioni di sicurezza diverse. Ad esempio, affiancare a un termostato automatico TK24 uno a riarmo manuale TK32, oppure un termofusibile della serie SW, che avranno il compito di intervenire qualora il dispositivo di regolazione o controllo della\u00a0temperatura\u00a0smetta di funzionare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Circostanza prevista dal progetto<\/strong>. In questo caso noi sapremo che, per svariati motivi previsti dal progetto in rapporto all\u2019applicazione, ci troveremo ad avere una\u00a0temperatura\u00a0ambiente\u00a0superiore a quella di intervento del termostato. Ecco che qui diventa fondamentale la scelta del prodotto\u00a0e\u00a0dei materiali utilizzati,\u00a0e\u00a0il responsabile tecnico dovr\u00e0 assicurarsi che i dispositivi di sicurezza termica abbiano un Tmax adatto all\u2019ambiente\u00a0nel quale saranno utilizzati.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"font-size:15px\" class=\"wp-block-list has-black-color has-text-color\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Ma quali sono le soluzioni? Che cosa deve considerare un responsabile tecnico nel momento in cui sviluppa un progetto nuovo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Nel sopracitato\u00a0articolo &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/06\/09\/38-temperatura-ambiente\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Temperatura ambiente<\/strong><\/a>&#8221;\u00a0riportavo una tabella dei nostri principali prodotti con i relativi Tmax.\u00a0Questo pu\u00f2 essere un punto di partenza per la scelta di un prodotto, ma voglio integrare questa lista con due considerazioni\u00a0e\u00a0un consiglio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Temperatura ambiente massima nei termostati a bulbo e nei termofusibili&#8230;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">In quell\u2019elenco non erano inseriti i\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-a-bulbo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>termostati a bulbo<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0e\u00a0i\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termofusibili\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>termofusibili<\/strong><\/a>. I primi li abbiamo affrontati in\u00a0\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/05\/19\/36-termostati-a-bulbo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Termostati a bulbo<\/strong><\/a>\u201d e abbiamo visto che il corpo del termostato \u00e8 distante dal punto di rilevamento della\u00a0temperatura. Pertanto il valore critico che dovremo prendere in considerazione \u00e8 la\u00a0temperatura\u00a0massima alla quale pu\u00f2 essere esposto il sensore. I termostati pi\u00f9 performanti arrivano anche a 100\u00b0C oltre la\u00a0temperatura\u00a0d\u2019intervento, quelli pi\u00f9 modesti si limitano a 10 o 15\u00b0C sopra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Per i termofusibili, invece, abbiamo visto in\u00a0\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/11\/04\/10-come-funzionano-i-termofusibili\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Come funzionano i termofusibili<\/strong><\/a>\u201d\u00a0che sono tre le temperature che dobbiamo considerare.\u00a0Per la precisione: il\u00a0<strong>Th<\/strong>, la\u00a0temperatura\u00a0che pu\u00f2 essere mantenuta per 168 ore senza che il componente subisca il cosiddetto invecchiamento compromettendone le prestazioni. La seconda \u00e8 il\u00a0<strong>Tf<\/strong>, cio\u00e8 la\u00a0temperatura\u00a0alla quale il termofusibile interverr\u00e0.\u00a0Infine il\u00a0<strong>Tm<\/strong>, cio\u00e8 la\u00a0temperatura\u00a0massima alla quale le propriet\u00e0 meccaniche ed elettriche del termofusibile possono essere mantenute per 10 minuti senza rischiare il ripristino della conducibilit\u00e0 elettrica\u00a0e\u00a0il conseguente ritorno al funzionamento. Per questo motivo \u00e8 di vitale importanza che non venga mai\u00a0e\u00a0poi mai raggiunta questa\u00a0temperatura. Il termofusibile \u00e8 un dispositivo monouso, ma di estrema sicurezza.\u00a0Se\u00a0si ripristina, le conseguenze possono essere molto pericolose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"384\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/SWBulbi-1024x384.jpg\" alt=\"temperatura ambiente\" class=\"wp-image-14054\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/SWBulbi-1024x384.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/SWBulbi-300x113.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/SWBulbi-768x288.jpg 768w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/SWBulbi.jpg 1132w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8230;e nei TK24HT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Ritornando invece alla nostra tabella riportata nell\u2019articolo 38, il prodotto che raggiunge la\u00a0temperatura\u00a0ambiente\u00a0pi\u00f9 alta \u00e8 il\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>TK24HT<\/strong><\/a>. Questo componente pu\u00f2 infatti resistere senza problemi fino a 425\u00b0C certificati\u00a0<em>VDE<\/em>, ma in realt\u00e0 anche oltre. In questo caso mi permetto di consigliare di prendere in considerazione questo prodotto nel caso in cui, per una delle motivazioni viste prima, ritenete possibile, o sicuro, che la\u00a0temperatura\u00a0ambiente\u00a0possa arrivare (anche occasionalmente) a superare, a seconda dei casi, i 200\u00b0C \u2013 250\u00b0C. Indipendentemente da quella che sar\u00e0 la\u00a0temperatura\u00a0d\u2019intervento, il corpo del\u00a0<strong>TK24HT\u00a0<\/strong>garantisce una prestazione che va oltre i 425\u00b0C, anche\u00a0se\u00a0il termostato dovr\u00e0 intervenire, ad esempio, a 130\u00b0C. Inoltre, \u00e8 importante sottolineare che il\u00a0<strong>TK24HT\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e8 diverso dal\u00a0<strong>TK24\u00a0<\/strong>con corpo ceramico, per intenderci le soluzioni\u00a0<strong>B1C\u00a0<\/strong>e\u00a0<strong>B2C<\/strong>. Questi ultimi raggiungono infatti, come dicevo a seconda dei casi\u00a0e\u00a0dei modelli, un massimo di 250\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
