Il suo valore \u00e8 misurato in Ohm <sup>1<\/sup>, dal fisico tedesco <strong>Georg Simon Ohm<\/strong> (1789-1854) che studi\u00f2&nbsp;la&nbsp;relazione tra tensione, corrente e&nbsp;resistenza&nbsp;arrivando a formulare&nbsp;la&nbsp;cosiddetta Legge di Ohm. Il valore della&nbsp;resistenza&nbsp;varia a seconda dei materiali e di questo ne abbiamo fatto cenno in \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/07\/14\/43-contatti-in-oro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Contatti in oro<\/strong><\/a>\u201d, cos\u00ec come in \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/11\/03\/56-polvere-tra-i-contatti-e-conducibilita-elettrica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Polvere tra i contatti e conducibilit\u00e0 elettrica<\/strong><\/a>\u201d. Avevamo analizzato alcune circostanze che possono rendere pi\u00f9 difficoltoso il passaggio di corrente tra i&nbsp;contatti&nbsp;di un termostato o di un protettore termico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">I materiali con una bassa&nbsp;resistenza&nbsp;al passaggio di corrente sono definiti \u201cConduttori\u201d (argento, oro, rame, alluminio). Quelli con un\u2019elevata&nbsp;resistenza&nbsp;si definiscono \u201cIsolanti\u201d (gomma, carta, vetro, legno, plastica).<\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"336\" height=\"494\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/George-Simon-Ohm-con-descrizione.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17556 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/George-Simon-Ohm-con-descrizione.jpg 336w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/George-Simon-Ohm-con-descrizione-204x300.jpg 204w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/George-Simon-Ohm-con-descrizione-68x100.jpg 68w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 336px) 100vw, 336px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:39% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"673\" height=\"997\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Tester-Ohm.jpg\" alt=\"Resistenza sui contatti\" class=\"wp-image-14041 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Tester-Ohm.jpg 673w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Tester-Ohm-203x300.jpg 203w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 673px) 100vw, 673px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">I termostati TK24 sono costruiti con un bassissimo livello di&nbsp;resistenza&nbsp;sui&nbsp;contatti, con uno standard che \u00e8 inferiore ai 50 mOhm, una versione pi\u00f9 accurata che arriva al massimo ai 10 mOhm e una soluzione a bassissima&nbsp;resistenza&nbsp;che non supera i 5 mOhm, sia che i&nbsp;contatti&nbsp;siano inizialmente in una posizione normalmente aperta che normalmente chiusa (\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/12\/16\/16-termostati-con-contatti-normalmente-aperti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>R&amp;D Social \u2013 Articoli 16<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/03\/10\/26-lo-strano-caso-dei-termostati-antigelo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>26<\/strong><\/a>\u201d) e questi valori sono gli stessi per tutta&nbsp;la&nbsp;gamma indipendentemente da quella che sar\u00e0 in seguito&nbsp;la&nbsp;temperatura alla quale il termostato interverr\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">La&nbsp;lettura della&nbsp;resistenza&nbsp;tramite un tester in fase di collaudo, o prima dell\u2019utilizzo del termostato, \u00e8 una buona soluzione per scoprire eventuali anomalie poich\u00e9 maggiore \u00e8&nbsp;la&nbsp;resistenza&nbsp;e minore sar\u00e0 il flusso di corrente che passer\u00e0 attraverso i&nbsp;contatti&nbsp;del termostato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>THERMOREX<\/strong>&nbsp;fa un controllo sulla&nbsp;resistenza&nbsp;di tutti i termostati al termine del processo di produzione e prima che lascino&nbsp;la&nbsp;fabbrica, pertanto \u00e8 da escludersi che un termostato possa avere una&nbsp;resistenza&nbsp;maggiore di quella dichiarata, a meno che non siano intervenute delle anomalie.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Le cause pi\u00f9 frequenti che portano a rilevare una&nbsp;resistenza&nbsp;pi\u00f9 alta di quella prevista sono:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>1.&nbsp;<\/strong>Banalmente una misurazione sbagliata. Innanzitutto, bisogna eseguire questo test a freddo, senza passaggio di corrente. Inoltre non \u00e8 impossibile appoggiare i puntalini in modo errato, oppure toccarli, in fase di misurazione, con le dita. Questo potrebbe portare un\u2019interferenza nella lettura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>2.<\/strong>&nbsp;Il termostato potrebbe avere subito un impatto meccanico ed essersi danneggiato<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>3.&nbsp;<\/strong>Infine&nbsp;la&nbsp;formazione di uno strato di ossidazione, o pi\u00f9 semplicemente di polvere&nbsp;sui&nbsp;contatti&nbsp;dovuto all&#8217;influenza dell&#8217;ambiente durante il trasporto o lo stoccaggio.
