Questo vale sia per i\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/protettori-termici\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>protettori termici<\/strong><\/a> che per i\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Termostati bimetallici<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Abbiamo poi visto nel caso dei\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-a-bulbo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>termostati\u00a0a bulbo<\/strong><\/a> che la temperatura d\u2019intervento pu\u00f2 anche essere regolata scegliendola all\u2019interno di un determinato range. Si \u00e8 spiegato che il funzionamento di questo tipo di\u00a0termostato\u00a0si basa sull\u2019espansione di un fluido\u00a0(\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/05\/19\/36-termostati-a-bulbo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Termostati a bulbo<\/strong><\/a>\u201d)\u00a0che, espandendosi, fa pressione su una valvola che va ad aprire i contatti. Esiste per\u00f2 anche un\u00a0termostato\u00a0regolabile\u00a0di natura bimetallica, ed \u00e8 il\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-regolabili\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>TKP<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0della THERMOREX.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TKP: struttura e funzionamento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Il corpo di questo&nbsp;termostato&nbsp;\u00e8 composto da una struttura cilindrica con tre anelli ceramici. Questi agiscono anche da isolante alla quale sono collegati sia i connettori che i due contatti, quello fisso e quello mobile, come illustrato nella&nbsp;<strong>figura 1<\/strong>. Il corpo cilindrico al suo interno \u00e8 vuoto poich\u00e9 viene inserita la vite per fissarlo alla struttura dove sar\u00e0 applicato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Alla base del&nbsp;termostato&nbsp;c\u2019\u00e8 una lamina di bimetallo, in genere a diretto contatto con la superficie riscaldante. All\u2019estremit\u00e0 opposta al corpo cilindrico abbiamo un piccolo distanziatore ceramico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Quando la lamina di bimetallo si piegher\u00e0 in seguito all\u2019aumento della temperatura e alla conseguente dilatazione dei metalli, spinger\u00e0 verso l\u2019alto il distanziatore. Questo sposter\u00e0 il contatto mobile provocando l\u2019apertura del circuito (<strong>Figura 2<\/strong>). Come nel caso dei&nbsp;termostati&nbsp;a bulbo, anche per i&nbsp;TKP&nbsp;esiste un alberino che ha la funzione di regolare la temperatura facendo pi\u00f9 pressione o meno pressione sul contatto mobile (<strong>Figura 3<\/strong>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">L&#8217;alberino pu\u00f2 essere prodotto sia in metallo che con materiali plastici per migliorare l&#8217;isolamento, e pu\u00f2 essere eseguito su specifica del cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"842\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/TKP-24-Schemi-per-articolo.jpg\" alt=\"TKP\" class=\"wp-image-14029\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/TKP-24-Schemi-per-articolo.jpg 842w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/TKP-24-Schemi-per-articolo-300x243.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/TKP-24-Schemi-per-articolo-768x622.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 842px) 100vw, 842px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Il\u00a0termostato\u00a0TKP\u00a0(DIN EN 60730-1) \u00e8 un dispositivo termosensibile destinato a mantenere la temperatura degli apparecchi entro un intervallo di temperature prestabilito, interrompendo o riaccendendo automaticamente l&#8217;alimentazione. La temperatura di esercizio viene regolata ruotando l&#8217;albero. Questo\u00a0termostato\u00a0si ripristiner\u00e0 automaticamente dopo che la temperatura sar\u00e0 tornata sotto la soglia d\u2019intervento. La gamma delle temperature d\u2019intervento va da -45\u00b0C a +250\u00b0C.
