{"id":14012,"date":"2023-04-13T14:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-13T12:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/?p=14012"},"modified":"2026-04-21T10:15:51","modified_gmt":"2026-04-21T08:15:51","slug":"77-protezioni-per-pompe-a-vibrazione","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2023\/04\/13\/77-protezioni-per-pompe-a-vibrazione\/","title":{"rendered":"#77 &#8211; Protezioni per pompe a vibrazione"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Oggi voglio provare a tracciare una breve storia dell\u2019evoluzione delle macchine&nbsp;per&nbsp;caff\u00e8 da bar, dalle origini all\u2019introduzione delle&nbsp;pompe&nbsp;a&nbsp;vibrazione, dette anche a solenoidi.&nbsp;Tratter\u00f2 poi i diversi tipi di dispositivi che possono essere usati&nbsp;per&nbsp;proteggerle dai possibili danni di un surriscaldamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">La prima macchina, definita<em>&nbsp;per&nbsp;caff\u00e8 istantaneo<\/em>, venne inventata dal torinese&nbsp;<strong>Angelo Moriondo<\/strong>&nbsp;(1851 \u2013 1914). Moriondo present\u00f2 la sua invenzione all\u2019Expo Generale di Torino del 1884. Non si trattava del caff\u00e8 espresso che conosciamo oggi\u2026la tempistica&nbsp;per&nbsp;crearlo era pi\u00f9 lenta e differiva&nbsp;per&nbsp;sapore (amaro), corposit\u00e0 (era poco consistente) e&nbsp;per&nbsp;l\u2019assenza della superficie cremosa. Egli introdusse e brevett\u00f2 un nuovo sistema definito a torchio, grazie al quale il caff\u00e8 veniva aspirato da un vuoto d\u2019aria e non si bruciava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Nel 1947 Gaggia deposit\u00f2 un nuovo brevetto che introdusse un pistone. Il funzionamento \u201c<em>a torchio<\/em>\u201d fu sostituito da una leva che, pompando direttamente l\u2019acqua sulla polvere di caff\u00e8 a una pressione di 9-10 atmosfere, manteneva intatti gli aromi. Ci\u00f2 permise di conservare il gusto e creare la tipica crema del caff\u00e8 espresso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Con le prime macchine da caff\u00e8 espresso i baristi creavano la pressione manualmente tramite l\u2019azione di una leva che pompava l\u2019acqua dal serbatoio fino al caff\u00e8 macinato e polverizzato e infine alla tazza. Col passare degli anni e l\u2019evolversi delle tecnologie, questa pratica divenne una tecnica usata dagli amatori e dagli appassionati del caff\u00e8 espresso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La E-61 di Faema<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">La macchina a leva rimase comunque il riferimento&nbsp;per&nbsp;il caff\u00e8 espresso fino al 1961 quando&nbsp;<strong>La&nbsp;Faema<\/strong>&nbsp;lanci\u00f2 la&nbsp;<strong>E-61<\/strong>&nbsp;(E come l\u2019eclisse solare del 15 febbraio 1961 appunto). La macchina non si basava pi\u00f9 su una pressione manuale ma traeva le sue atmosfere da una&nbsp;pompa&nbsp;elettrica. Questo rendeva il lavoro del barista molto pi\u00f9 semplice e meno faticoso. Questo nuovo componente \u00e8 l\u2019elemento che spinge dal serbatoio l\u2019acqua in pressione nella caldaia. Qui l&#8217;acqua raggiunge i&nbsp;90\u00b0C, viene poi inviata al filtro e quindi alla tazzina. Una volta attivato il solenoide, gli elettromagneti mandano oscillazioni unidirezionali che spingono il pistone azionando la&nbsp;pompa. Un sistema di molle muove il pistone e fa entrare l\u2019acqua nella camera di contenimento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Negli anni sono nati diversi produttori, prevalentemente italiani, di\u00a0pompe\u00a0a\u00a0vibrazione, dette anche a solenoide.
