{"id":13983,"date":"2023-03-30T14:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-30T12:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/?p=13983"},"modified":"2026-06-03T10:59:13","modified_gmt":"2026-06-03T08:59:13","slug":"75-tk127-il-microtermostato-bimetallico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2023\/03\/30\/75-tk127-il-microtermostato-bimetallico\/","title":{"rendered":"#75 &#8211; TK127, il microtermostato bimetallico"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">La moderna tecnologia si orienta sempre pi\u00f9 spesso, per le pi\u00f9 svariate ragioni, verso la miniaturizzazione dei prodotti, che logicamente richiedono una miniaturizzazione dei loro componenti, termostati inclusi.\u00a0Abbiamo gi\u00e0 visto come R&amp;D Components si sia gi\u00e0 mossa in questa direzione (\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/03\/17\/27-la-miniaturizzazione-dei-protettori-termici\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>La miniaturizzazione dei protettori termici<\/strong><\/a>&#8221; e\u00a0&#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2023\/03\/02\/71-microprotettori-a-riarmo-elettrico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Microprotettori a riarmo elettrico<\/strong><\/a>&#8220;) ma si \u00e8 sempre parlato di\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/protettori-termici\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>protettori termici<\/strong><\/a>. Inoltre, sappiamo che riducendo le\u00a0dimensioni di un componente a volte si riducono anche le sue prestazioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Faccio un esempio inverso. Sappiamo che i protettori termici, indipendentemente dalla loro portata, garantiscono 10.000 cicli. Normalmente sono infatti utilizzati con una funzione di protezione, quindi un eventuale intervento pu\u00f2 essere solo di natura occasionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Se abbiamo la necessit\u00e0 di utilizzare un dispositivo con una funzione di lavoro, quindi che viene chiamato ad intervenire con costanza, \u00e8 chiaro che dobbiamo spostare la nostra attenzione o su un\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/temperature-power-sensors\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TPS<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>oppure su un termostato bimetallico come il\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TK24<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>poich\u00e9 entrambi garantiscono il raggiungimento dei 100.000 interventi. In entrambi i casi per\u00f2 le dimensioni variano in modo sensibile, soprattutto se paragonati ai <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/03\/17\/27-la-miniaturizzazione-dei-protettori-termici\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>microprotettori termici<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Di recente per\u00f2, all\u2019ultima edizione della\u00a0<strong>ISH\u00a0<\/strong>di Francoforte, i nostri partner armeni della THERMOREX hanno presentato il nuovo\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>T<\/strong><\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">K<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>127<\/strong>.<\/a> Si tratta di un microtermostato bimetallico con una base del\u00a0<em>20%<\/em>\u00a0pi\u00f9 piccola di un tradizionale termostato bimetallico, quindi con un diametro di\u00a0<em>12,7 mm<\/em>. Riducendo le dimensioni \u00e8 stato necessario ridurre la portata nominale, ma \u00e8 stato possibile lasciare invariato a 100.000 il numero di cicli garantiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Il massimo delle prestazioni \u00e8 di&nbsp;<em>5A<\/em>, per 100.000 cicli a 250V che, paragonato a un protettore termico, anche di quelli a portata pi\u00f9 alta come i modelli&nbsp;<em>H20<\/em>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<em>H21&nbsp;<\/em>(10A, 250V, 10 mila cicli), risulta comunque molto pi\u00f9 performante e con dimensioni non eccessive, ma ragionevolmente pi\u00f9 grandi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">A tal proposito vorrei invitarvi a guardare le due foto sottostanti. Nella prima possiamo vedere un tradizionale\u00a0<strong>TK24<\/strong>, nella versione <strong>T06 <\/strong>con terminali a saldare, con corpo ceramico ma soprattutto nell\u2019esecuzione con corpo basso, la\u00a0<strong>B1C<\/strong>. Gi\u00e0 da una prima visione superficiale si pu\u00f2 notare quanto il <strong>TK24 <\/strong>con corpo basso abbia dimensioni pi\u00f9 ridotte di alcuni prodotti della concorrenza. Se per\u00f2 andiamo ad esaminare la seconda immagine, possiamo vedere in modo inequivocabile la miniaturizzazione del\u00a0<strong>TK127<\/strong>, anche in confronto al piccolo <strong>TK24<\/strong>. La temperatura minima \u00e8 di\u00a0<em>30\u00b0C<\/em>\u00a0e la massima di 200\u00b0C, con una tolleranza sull\u2019intervento che va da un minimo di\u00a0<em>+\/-3\u00b0C<\/em>\u00a0a un massimo del\u00a0<em>+\/-3%<\/em>, che sui 200\u00b0C significa +\/-6\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Il termostato \u00e8 stato studiato e sviluppato per essere inserito all\u2019interno delle resistenze. Perci\u00f2 \u00e8 stato necessario trovare un termostato che garantisse un lungo ciclo vitale ma che potesse entrare all\u2019interno del tubo di una resistenza.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">La conformazione \u00e8 quella con i terminali a pin, ai quali viene poi saldato un cavo (soluzione\u00a0<em>THERMOREX T06<\/em>). Non \u00e8 comunque un problema soddisfare eventuali richieste che il cliente dovesse avanzare.
