{"id":13951,"date":"2023-03-09T14:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-09T13:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/?p=13951"},"modified":"2026-04-21T10:15:50","modified_gmt":"2026-04-21T08:15:50","slug":"72-tco-alcune-precauzioni-nella-posa-in-opera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2023\/03\/09\/72-tco-alcune-precauzioni-nella-posa-in-opera\/","title":{"rendered":"#72 &#8211; TCO &#8211; alcune precauzioni nella posa in opera"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Abbiamo parlato dei termofusibili in diverse occasioni, abbiamo spiegato <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/11\/04\/10-come-funzionano-i-termofusibili\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>il loro funzionamento<\/strong><\/a>, quale problematiche possa causare la <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/11\/18\/12-arco-elettrico-e-termofusible\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>presenza di un arco elettrico<\/strong><\/a>, che cosa succede se si lavora per troppo tempo ad una <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/01\/13\/18-termofusibile-cosa-puo-succedere-se-th-e-troppo-vicino-a-tf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>temperatura troppo vicina a quella di fusione<\/strong><\/a> e infine abbiamo visto che esiste la possibilit\u00e0 di ricevere questo componente <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/12\/01\/60-termofusibile-su-nastro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>anche su nastro<\/strong><\/a>, per soddisfare le richieste di chi lavora con produzioni automatiche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Oggi parleremo di\u00a0alcune\u00a0precauzioni\u00a0che \u00e8 bene prendere quando si utilizzano i termofusibili\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termofusibili\/#sw1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SW1<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>ed\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termofusibili\/#sw1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>SW3<\/strong><\/a>, e di qualche suggerimento che mi permetto di dare, per esempio nel caso in cui si intenda procedere con la piegatura dei reofori. Oggettivamente \u00e8 molto facile piegarli, dal momento che sono in rame quindi molto malleabili. E&#8217; necessario farlo con cautela e non ripetere troppe volte l\u2019operazione o comunque non andare oltre i 90\u00b0 di piegatura perch\u00e9 si rischierebbe di snervarli. \u00a0Ma soprattutto fare attenzione a non applicare alcuna pressione direttamente sul corpo del\u00a0TCO. Inoltre si raccomanda di realizzare la piegatura mantenendo una distanza di almeno 3 mm dal corpo del nostro dispositivo. Questo perch\u00e8 si potrebbe rischiare di danneggiare la resina e comprometterne l\u2019isolamento o peggio ancora il funzionamento del termofusibile, come si nota nella\u00a0<em>Figura 1<\/em>\u00a0tratta dal catalogo\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thermalcutoff.com\/eng\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SUNG WOO<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Non serve dirlo, ma usare delle pinze appropriate e la corretta attrezzatura aiuta ad evitare imprevisti quali tagli errati, deformazioni ed eventuali crepe. Tutte eventualit\u00e0 che in seguito comprometterebbero la perfetta funzionalit\u00e0 del dispositivo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"459\" height=\"213\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/TCO-Figura-1.jpg\" alt=\"precauzioni\" class=\"wp-image-13953\" style=\"width:600px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/TCO-Figura-1.jpg 459w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/TCO-Figura-1-300x139.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 459px) 100vw, 459px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">I reofori richiedono anche un\u2019ulteriore\u00a0<strong>precauzione<\/strong>. La <strong>SUNG WOO<\/strong> raccomanda di verificare che su di essi non vi siano tracce di danneggiamento come segni di bruciatura, intaccature, crepe, ossidazioni o altro. In tal caso \u00e8 sconsigliato utilizzare il\u00a0<strong>TCO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Anche la scelta dei materiali utilizzati per il cablaggio deve essere ben ponderata. Se si deve cablare un termofusibile \u00e8 consigliabile usare terminali in materiali non corrosivi, per evitare di compromettere il reoforo e successivamente l\u2019intero termofusibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Inoltre \u00e8 fondamentale che tali materiali abbiano una bassa resistenza Ohmica e di conseguenza una buona conduttivit\u00e0 elettrica. Ci\u00f2 serve a evitare un surriscaldamento alle giunzioni che potrebbe compromettere il corretto funzionamento del termofusibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Se il nostro\u00a0<strong>TCO\u00a0<\/strong>deve essere connesso a un circuito stampato, allora sar\u00e0 necessario farlo tramite\u00a0<strong>saldatura<\/strong>\u00a0e in questo caso bisogner\u00e0 considerare\u00a0alcune\u00a0misure di sicurezza. Innanzitutto cercare di eseguire la saldatura il pi\u00f9 lontano possibile dal corpo del\u00a0<strong>TCO<\/strong>. E&#8217; necessario poi impiegare il minor tempo possibile, massimo 2 secondi, per non esporlo troppo al calore.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"459\" height=\"151\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/TCO-Figura-2.jpg\" alt=\"precauzioni\" class=\"wp-image-13954\" style=\"width:600px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/TCO-Figura-2.jpg 459w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/TCO-Figura-2-300x99.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 459px) 100vw, 459px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Come indica la&nbsp;<em>Figura 2<\/em>, sempre fornita dal catalogo&nbsp;<strong>SUNG WOO<\/strong>, si suggerisce di posizionare il&nbsp;TCO&nbsp;ad almeno 1 cm alla superficie del PCB (<em>Printed Circuit Board<\/em>), e non meno, aiutandosi con delle pinze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Per non danneggiare il thermal pellet durante la saldatura elettrica bisogna evitare il passaggio di corrente attraverso i contatti o tramite il corpo metallico del termo fusibile, quindi eseguire l\u2019operazione un punto alla volta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"414\" height=\"243\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/TCO-Figura-3.jpg\" alt=\"precauzioni\" class=\"wp-image-13955\" style=\"width:600px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/TCO-Figura-3.jpg 414w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/TCO-Figura-3-300x176.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 414px) 100vw, 414px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Anche i termofusibili sono soggetti ad una resistenza meccanica, come abbiamo gi\u00e0 visto per i protettori termici\u00a0(\u201cArticoli <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/03\/24\/28-la-resistenza-a-compressione\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">28<\/a> <\/strong>e <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2023\/02\/23\/70-resistenza-a-trazione\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>70<\/strong><\/a>\u201d)\u00a0e come ci indica la <em>figura 3<\/em> (catalogo SUNG WOO). In modo particolare i reofori resistono a una forza di trazione di massimo 2 kg. La resistenza a compressione invece non deve superare gli 0,5 kg. Questo ultimo dato \u00e8 molto importante nel caso in cui il\u00a0TCO\u00a0venga fissato tramite una clip a pressione o una legatura che non deve arrivare a deformare il corpo metallico poich\u00e9 condurrebbe a un errato funzionamento del dispositivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">L\u2019ultimo avvertimento riguarda l\u2019ambiente di conservazione e di lavoro. Non \u00e8 adatto per l&#8217;uso in luoghi con un\u2019alta percentuale di umidit\u00e0, o peggio a contatto con l\u2019acqua, ma anche con materiale organico, gas o acido solforoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
