Mi riferisco al <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/04\/07\/30-protettori-termici-a-riarmo-elettrico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>protettore termico a riarmo elettrico<\/strong><\/a>. Giusto per sintetizzare quanto gi\u00e0 detto, stiamo parlando di un comune protettore termico montato in serie a un PTC, il quale ha il compito di mantenere la temperatura al livello di intervento del protettore che aprir\u00e0 i contatti alla temperatura impostata, e non li chiuder\u00e0 fintanto che la macchina sar\u00e0 alimentata dalla corrente. L\u2019unico modo per arrivare al ripristino \u00e8 di disconnettere l\u2019alimentazione e <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/10\/20\/54-differenziale-e-ripristino\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/10\/20\/54-differenziale-e-ripristino\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>attendere che la temperatura torni al di sotto della temperatura di ripristino<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Abbiamo visto che <strong>R&amp;D Components<\/strong> \u00e8 in grado di fornire diverse alternative di questo prodotto. La serie\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/riarmo-elettrico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>R<\/strong><\/a>, prodotta da TMC, presenta un ventaglio di tre opzioni. Il modello\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/riarmo-elettrico\/#r1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">R1<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e8 molto sensibile alla corrente ed \u00e8 garantito per\u00a0<em>1000 cicli a 6,3A per 250V<\/em>. Il modello\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/riarmo-elettrico\/#r4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">R4<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e8 mediamente sensibile alla corrente e garantito per\u00a0<em>1000 cicli a 6,3A per 250V<\/em>. Infine abbiamo il modello\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/riarmo-elettrico\/#r8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">R8<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>il quale viene influenzato in misura minima dalla corrente ed \u00e8 garantito per\u00a0<em>1000 cicli a 10A per 250V<\/em>. Tutta la serie \u201c<strong>R<\/strong>\u201d \u00e8 protetta da una custodia metallica, la stessa utilizzata per i protettori termici della serie <strong>C<\/strong>. Ha una forma compatta, con uno spessore che va da 3,8 mm a 4,2 nella versione pi\u00f9 utilizzata, quella isolata con un cappuccio in <strong>NOMEX<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1007\" height=\"508\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/R8.jpg\" alt=\"microprotettori\" class=\"wp-image-13946\" style=\"width:755px;height:381px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/R8.jpg 1007w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/R8-300x151.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/R8-768x387.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1007px) 100vw, 1007px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Ma <strong>TMC <\/strong>non \u00e8 il nostro unico partner e alla serie \u201c<strong>R<\/strong>\u201d appena presentata si aggiunge il modello asiatico&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/riarmo-elettrico\/#amd17ptc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>17AMD+PTC<\/strong><\/a>. Si tratta di un prodotto sensibile alla temperatura e alla corrente. Ha ingombri maggiori della serie \u201c<strong>R<\/strong>\u201d e uno spessore di 6,5 mm ma la vita di&nbsp;<em>10.000 cicli a 8A 250V<\/em>&nbsp;lo rende estremamente \u201crobusto\u201d. E&#8217; particolarmente adatto alle pi\u00f9 svariate applicazioni, quali la protezione contro il surriscaldamento e la sovracorrente di motori, o nelle varie apparecchiature elettriche e dell\u2019illuminotecnica come ballast e trasformatori e altro. La custodia metallica \u00e8 comunque molto resistente e prodotta con acciaio placcato con una lega di nichel e zinco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1007\" height=\"508\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/17AMD-PTC.jpg\" alt=\"microprotettori\" class=\"wp-image-12703\" style=\"width:755px;height:381px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/17AMD-PTC.jpg 1007w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/17AMD-PTC-300x151.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/17AMD-PTC-768x387.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1007px) 100vw, 1007px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Il nuovo protettore CS2-CP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Per concludere la nostra carrellata, e tornare al titolo di questo articolo, recentemente abbiamo aggiunto un nuovo elemento alle nostre soluzioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/03\/17\/27-la-miniaturizzazione-dei-protettori-termici\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/03\/17\/27-la-miniaturizzazione-dei-protettori-termici\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Avevamo gi\u00e0 parlato della miniaturizzazione dei protettori termici<\/strong><\/a> e di quanto le dimensioni possano essere determinanti per la scelta di un protettore su un progetto. In quell\u2019occasione veniva presentato il\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/altri\/#cs2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>CS2<\/strong><\/a>, un gioiellino per dimensioni e prestazioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/CS2.jpg\" alt=\"microprotettori\" class=\"wp-image-13945\" style=\"width:702px;height:444px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Oggi voglio introdurre il&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/riarmo-elettrico\/#cs2cp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>CS2-CP<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;che altro non \u00e8 che la versione del medesimo protettore ma con <strong>PTC<\/strong>, e quindi con il riarmo elettrico. Lo spessore \u00e8 minimo, si parla di 3,85 mm, ma la portata \u00e8 di&nbsp;<em>8A per 250V<\/em>&nbsp;e con&nbsp;<em>6000<\/em>&nbsp;interventi garantiti.
