Si tratta di un particolare modello SPDT, dove le lettere \u201cDT\u201d riportate indicano il \u201cDouble throw\u201d di cui si parla in \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/12\/15\/62-da-spst-a-3pst\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Da SPST a 3PST<\/strong><\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Oggi voglio fare un passo in pi\u00f9 ed esaminare il medesimo protettore ma nella versione con PTC, quindi con riarmo elettrico, come descritto in \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/04\/07\/30-protettori-termici-a-riarmo-elettrico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Protettori termici a riarmo elettrico<\/strong><\/a>\u201d.&nbsp;Questo \u00e8 un tipo di protettore gi\u00e0 presente nella nostra gamma, come i modelli <strong>R1<\/strong>, <strong>R4<\/strong>, <strong>R8 <\/strong>e <strong>17AMD+PTC<\/strong>. Ma fino ad ora non combinato con un protettore con contatti in scambio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Il modello a cui faccio riferimento \u00e8 il tipo\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/protettori-contatti-scambio\/#amr03dt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>AMR03DT<\/strong><\/a>. Ovviamente \u00e8 un protettore con riarmo non automatico. Quindi, dopo aver superato la temperatura d\u2019intervento, i contatti non si ripristineranno per effetto dell\u2019intervento del PTC che ha il compito di mantenere la temperatura al livello di intervento fino a che non viene scollegata manualmente l\u2019alimentazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Il grafico qui sotto ci mostra la ciclicit\u00e0 del protettore sulla falsa riga di quanto abbiamo visto per il modello AM03DT, dove&nbsp;<strong>T0<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e8 la temperatura ambiente. La linea indica l\u2019andamento della temperatura, posta sull\u2019asse delle ordinate, in funzione del tempo, posto sull\u2019asse delle ascisse. La temperatura sale fino ad arrivare a&nbsp;<strong>TR<\/strong>, temperatura d\u2019intervento poi, a differenza di quanto si era visto per il modello AM03DT la temperatura non inizia gradualmente a scendere, ma resta costante su un livello leggermente inferiore alla temperatura d\u2019intervento e non raggiunger\u00e0 mai la temperatura di ripristino&nbsp;<strong>TZ<\/strong>, se non in seguito di una consapevole azione di disconnessione dell\u2019alimentazione per via manuale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"696\" height=\"384\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Grafico-SPDT.jpg\" alt=\"riarmo elettrico\" class=\"wp-image-13901\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Grafico-SPDT.jpg 696w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Grafico-SPDT-300x166.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Possiamo anche vedere un esempio pratico avvalendoci di uno schema fornito direttamente da\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tomic.pl\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>ALBOL-TOMIC<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">In questo schema abbiamo una protezione termica con il contatto normalmente chiuso&nbsp;<strong>1-2<\/strong>. A questo circuito \u00e8 collegata una resistenza&nbsp;<strong>Rh<\/strong>, vale a dire il nostro PTC. Il circuito prosegue e va ad alimentare una macchina, ad esempio un motore, contrassegnato con la lettera \u201c<strong>M<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Quando viene raggiunta la temperatura d\u2019intervento (<strong>TR<\/strong>) si apre il contatto 2 che va a chiudere il 3, inizialmente su una posizione normalmente aperta. In seguito dar\u00e0 alimentazione a un allarme, identificato con la lettera \u201c<strong>A<\/strong>\u201d, che dura finch\u00e9 l&#8217;utente non scollega l&#8217;alimentazione. Una volta che la temperatura sar\u00e0 scesa, a seguito dell\u2019interruzione dell\u2019alimentazione, e avr\u00e0 raggiunto la temperatura di ripristino <strong>TZ<\/strong>, i contatti principali 1-2 si ripristinano automaticamente provocando il riavvio del dispositivo <strong>M<\/strong> e il contemporaneo spegnimento del circuito di allarme <strong>A<\/strong>.
