Sto parlando dei protettori termici AM03DT e AMR03DT. Si tratta di protettori con contatti in scambio, e per essere pi\u00f9 precisi di un SPDT, come si era visto in&nbsp;\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/12\/15\/62-da-spst-a-3pst\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Da SPST a 3PST<\/strong><\/a>\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"696\" height=\"384\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/SPDT.jpg\" alt=\"contatti in scambio\" class=\"wp-image-13873\" style=\"width:522px;height:288px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/SPDT.jpg 696w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/SPDT-300x166.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">A seconda dello scopo e del tipo di applicazione, questi interruttori termici con contatti SPDT possono essere a riarmo automatico (AM03DT) oppure a riarmo elettrico (AMR03DT), opzione di cui abbiamo parlato in&nbsp;\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/04\/07\/30-protettori-termici-a-riarmo-elettrico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Protettori termici a riarmo elettrico<\/strong><\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Oggi ci soffermiamo sul modello automatico&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/protettori-contatti-scambio\/#am03dt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>AM03DT<\/strong><\/a>, lasciando alla prossima settimana la versione AMR03DT.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Questo modello lavora come un normalissimo protettore termico bimetallico, tarato su una temperatura d\u2019intervento raggiunta la quale apre i contatti, fino a quando, in seguito alla riduzione della temperatura, avremo il suo ripristino (\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/10\/20\/54-differenziale-e-ripristino\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Differenziale e ripristino<\/strong><\/a>\u201d e&nbsp;&#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/10\/27\/55-ripristino-e-temperatura-ambiente\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Ripristino e temperatura ambiente<\/strong><\/a>&#8220;). Quello che per\u00f2 differenza il nostro AM03DT da qualsiasi altro protettore termico \u00e8 la presenza di un cosiddetto contatto in scambio che nel momento in cui apre il contatto principale, si muove e va a chiudere un secondo contatto che inizialmente era in posizione OFF, cio\u00e8 aperto (\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/11\/10\/57-apertura-e-chiusura-dei-contatti-o-on-off\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Apertura e chiusura dei contatti o ON\/OFF?<\/strong><\/a>\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un esempio pratico sul funzionamento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Avvalendomi degli schemi tecnici creati da\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tomic.pl\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>TOMIC-ALBOL<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0e riportati nella scheda tecnica del prodotto, riporto l&#8217;esempio di una possibile applicazione e del conseguente funzionamento. Ipotizziamo l\u2019uso di un <strong>AM03DT <\/strong>in un circuito con contatti normalmente chiusi (<strong>1-2<\/strong>) che fa lavorare una resistenza (<strong>G<\/strong>). Da questo circuito ne deriva un secondo (<strong>3<\/strong>), inizialmente in posizione\u00a0<em>OFF<\/em>, collegato al motore di una ventola (<strong>M1<\/strong>). La resistenza inizia a lavorare e a scaldarsi fintanto che non si arriver\u00e0 alla temperatura d\u2019intervento del protettore, nel grafico definita\u00a0<strong>TR<\/strong>. A questo punto i contatti 1-2 si muovono e il circuito si apre, interrompendo il passaggio di corrente e bloccando l\u2019alimentazione della resistenza. Contemporaneamente per\u00f2 andr\u00e0 a chiudersi il contatto 3 che azioner\u00e0 il motore e la ventola inizier\u00e0 a lavorare e a fare abbassare la temperatura. Una volta che la temperatura scende fino a raggiungere il ripristino del protettore (<strong>TZ<\/strong>\u00a0nel grafico) il contatto 1-2 torna a chiudersi e il 3 si riapre. La ventola si ferma e la resistenza torna a scaldare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"696\" height=\"384\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Schema-1.jpg\" alt=\"contatti in scambio\" class=\"wp-image-13874\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Schema-1.jpg 696w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Schema-1-300x166.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Il grafico qui sotto ci mostra la ciclicit\u00e0 del protettore (\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/11\/17\/58-cicli-la-vita-di-un-termostato\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Cicli: La vita di un termostato<\/strong><\/a>\u201d), dove&nbsp;<strong>T0<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e8 la temperatura ambiente. La linea indica l\u2019andamento della temperatura, posta sull\u2019asse delle ordinate, in funzione del tempo, posto sull\u2019asse delle ascisse. La temperatura sale fino ad arrivare a&nbsp;<strong>TR<\/strong>, temperatura d\u2019intervento, poi inizia gradualmente a scendere fino a raggiungere la temperatura di ripristino,&nbsp;<strong>TZ<\/strong>. Da quel momento la linea riprender\u00e0 a salire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Questo \u00e8 il principio di lavoro di un <strong>AM03DT<\/strong>, ma le sue applicazioni possono essere delle pi\u00f9 svariate.
