Metodo collaudato, accettato ma non sempre perfetto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Nel mondo delle caldaie murali invece ci si affida a un particolare escamotage, quello di saldare una piastra in rame direttamente sul tubo. Questa piastra funger\u00e0 da base sulla quale sar\u00e0 montato un normale termostato bimetallico, generalmente con flangia mobile, come il nostro <strong>TK24 <\/strong>nella soluzione <strong>MG01<\/strong> (si veda foto). Si tratta di una soluzione pi\u00f9 performante di quella adottata con la molla, ma non priva di potenziali problematiche. La prima controindicazione \u00e8 data dalla possibilit\u00e0 che alla fine del processo di saldatura al tubo, possano depositarsi sulla piastra alcuni frammenti di polveri o detriti, molto piccoli, e magari non facilmente visibili, ma che potrebbero:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">Graffiare o peggio rovinare la base del termostato rendendolo inutilizzabile,\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">Creare microdeformazioni su una delle superfici, come descritto in<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">Potrebbe sedimentarsi sulla superficie qualche microtraccia di materiale isolante, usato per altre lavorazioni, come ad esempio materiali siliconici, che creerebbero un ostacolo involontario a una buona conduzione termica tra la superficie e la base del termostato.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"font-size:15px\" class=\"wp-block-list has-black-color has-text-color\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/20230110_174324.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13837\" style=\"width:600px;height:600px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Piastra di fissaggio e grasso termico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Ecco che anche in questi casi pu\u00f2 tornare utile l\u2019uso di un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2023\/01\/12\/64-clip-e-pasta-termoconduttiva\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>grasso termico<\/strong><\/a>, che andr\u00e0 a migliorare la conducibilit\u00e0 termica e ridurr\u00e0 il potenziale errore che potrebbe essere determinato dai disguidi appena citati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Bisogna comunque considerare che un tubo metallico conduce calore e che la piastra metallica saldata su questo tubo si scalder\u00e0 per conduzione, ricevendo il calore che sar\u00e0 trasmesso dal tubo. A questo punto il termostato rilever\u00e0 la temperatura.
