Successivamente, nell\u2019articolo \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/09\/08\/45-precisione-e-aderenza-al-piano\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Aderenza a un tubo<\/strong><\/a>\u201d, ho cercato di approfondire questo argomento riferendomi a un caso particolare, quello di poter avere una lettura corretta della temperatura su una superficie arrotondata, come nel caso di un tubo.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">In entrambi gli articoli si suggeriva l\u2019uso di una pasta termoconduttiva (o grasso termico) per poter garantire una corretta continuit\u00e0 termica. Oggi voglio fornire maggiori informazioni su questo materiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Si tratta di una pasta prevalentemente di colore bianco (da qui anche la dicitura di \u201cpasta bianca\u201d) con un\u2019elevata conducibilit\u00e0 termica. La pasta viene applicata tra la base del termostato e la superficie con la funzione di riempire eventuali microbolle d\u2019aria che potrebbero esserci, anche se non immediatamente visibili, su entrambe le parti. In questo modo viene assicurata una perfetta continuit\u00e0 termica. Nel suddetto \u201c<em>articolo 45<\/em>\u201d infatti abbiamo visto come un solo millimetro e mezzo di distanza tra la base del termostato e la superficie possa generare un ritardo importante nell\u2019intervento. In particolare si parlava addirittura di un errore di 13\u00b0C su una temperatura d\u2019intervento di 80\u00b0C, vale a dire un 15% oltre la soglia d\u2019intervento. Senza bisogno di arrivare a questi estremi, ogni qualvolta sia richiesta un\u2019alta precisione nella lettura della temperatura, e l\u2019applicazione lasci pochi margini di tolleranza, mi sento di raccomandare l\u2019uso di una pasta termica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Nel disegno sottostante abbiamo estremizzato la situazione, rendendo i microspazi molto pi\u00f9 grossi e visibili di quello che possono essere nella realt\u00e0. Questo \u00e8 necessario per mostrare come funzionano i grassi termici. Possiamo infatti notare come lo strato distribuito sulla superficie (immagine a destra), pressato tra quest\u2019ultima e la base del termostato, va a riempire qualsiasi spazio rimasto vuoto. Va cos\u00ec ad eliminare eventuali bolle d\u2019aria che potrebbero crearsi, come era rappresentato nel disegno a sinistra. Essendo la pasta termica molto pi\u00f9 conduttiva dell\u2019aria, allora sar\u00e0 senz\u2019ombra di dubbio migliorata la conducibilit\u00e0 termica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"900\" height=\"619\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/19-Copia.jpg\" alt=\"pasta termica\" class=\"wp-image-13835\" style=\"width:675px;height:464px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/19-Copia.jpg 900w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/19-Copia-300x206.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/19-Copia-768x528.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un nuovo prodotto nel catalogo R&amp;D: la pasta termica Blue Ice 411<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Al contrario, la conduttivit\u00e0 media di una pasta termica, che \u00e8 di circa 0,5 [W\/(m.K)], non potr\u00e0 mai essere buona come quella di materiali quali l\u2019ottone, che \u00e8 di 111 [W\/(m.K)] o l\u2019alluminio, che \u00e8 di 204 [W\/(m.K)]. Pertanto un eccesso di grasso termico andr\u00e0 a generare un ritardo nella lettura della temperatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Di recente abbiamo inserito nella nostra gamma la pasta\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/accessori\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Blue Ice 411<\/strong><\/a>. Si tratta di un grasso termico non siliconico, con bassa viscosit\u00e0, serigrafabile ed altamente fluido, in grado di ottenere una pellicola estremamente sottile, inferiore ai 25 micron, per ridurre la resistenza termica. La bassa viscosit\u00e0 lo rende facile da dosare e da applicare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Blue Ice 411<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e8 stato progettato per risolvere i problemi di contaminazione legati a possibili residui di prodotti che possono rimanere su una superficie. La&nbsp;<em>temperatura di lavoro<\/em>&nbsp;va dai -55\u00b0C fino ai 200\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Pu\u00f2 essere fornito nei tradizionali barattoli da 1kg, oppure in comode siringhe da 10cc o 30cc. Questi formati consentono una posa in opera pi\u00f9 precisa, senza sprecare del materiale, come al contrario potrebbe accadere quando il prodotto \u00e8 contenuto nei tipici tubetti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">L\u2019alta&nbsp;<em>conducibilit\u00e0 termica<\/em>, 0,8 [ Watt \/ (metro x Kelvin) ] indica che il prodotto \u00e8 molto valido e particolarmente adatto all\u2019applicazione che stiamo suggerendo.&nbsp;Inoltre la resistivit\u00e0 volumica di 10^14 [Ohm x centimetro] indica che il materiale \u00e8 un buon elettroisolante.
