Per i principali produttori europei questo limite noi si \u00e8 mai discostato dai 50\u00b0C. La motivazione la dobbiamo ricercare nella temperatura\u00a0di\u00a0ripristino che, come abbiamo visto in \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/10\/27\/55-ripristino-e-temperatura-ambiente\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Ripristino e temperatura ambiente<\/strong><\/a>\u201d, per i\u00a0protettori\u00a0termici\u00a0\u00e8\u00a0di\u00a040\u00b0C+\/-15\u00b0C. Applicato ai 50\u00b0C ci\u00f2 significherebbe un ripristino compreso tra i 25\u00b0C e i -5\u00b0C. Ovviamente una simile\u00a0<em>performance<\/em>\u00a0non lascia molte possibilit\u00e0\u00a0di\u00a0utilizzo, poich\u00e9 nella stragrande maggioranza dei casi la temperatura ambiente non consentirebbe il ripristino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Ecco che per rendere un simile prodotto interessante per il mercato e&nbsp;di&nbsp;conseguenza utilizzabile, i costruttori si sono visti costretti a garantire che il ripristino sarebbe avvenuto solo a una temperatura ragionevolmente superiore alla temperatura ambiente. Tale limite \u00e8 stato trovato nei 35\u00b0C. Infatti \u00e8 quello che \u00e8 riuscita a fare la TMC con la serie C. Come per i suoi diretti concorrenti la temperatura pi\u00f9 bassa alla quale riescono a intervenire \u00e8&nbsp;di&nbsp;50\u00b0C. Il ripristino viene invece garantito al&nbsp;di&nbsp;sopra dei 35\u00b0C (\u2265 35\u00b0C).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Probabilmente il mercato non chiedeva altro, anche perch\u00e9 sulle basse temperature e con la funzione\u00a0di\u00a0antigelo, sono sempre stati usati i\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Termostati bimetallici<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0con risultati eccellenti come con i nostri\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>TK24<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nuovi termostati antigelo e nuove performance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Successivamente per\u00f2 hanno iniziato a farsi strada alcuni prodotti cinesi, come i KSD9700 che potevano arrivare a intervenire a 40\u00b0C e si ripristinavano a 30\u00b0C. Fino a qui ci troviamo ancora nella sfera dei termostati a bassa temperatura, che devono poi ripristinarsi al\u00a0di\u00a0sopra\u00a0di\u00a0una tradizionale temperatura ambiente. Successivamente i\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/altri\/#ksd9700\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">KSD9700<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>hanno ulteriormente abbassato la temperatura minima d\u2019intervento arrivando a 20\u00b0C, con un ripristino a 0\u00b0C. Queste prestazioni iniziano ad avere campi d\u2019applicazione diversi dai precedenti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Ma la vera sorpresa l\u2019ho avuta quando poco pi\u00f9\u00a0di\u00a0un anno fa sono entrato in contatto con i\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/altri\/#kw-c2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>KW-C2<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0Questo tipo\u00a0di\u00a0protettore\u00a0va ben oltre i limiti fin qui descritti e pu\u00f2 raggiungere un intervento\u00a0di\u00a00\u00b0C con ripristino non inferiore ai -15\u00b0C. Non si era mai visto niente\u00a0di\u00a0simile sul mercato e, per quella che pu\u00f2 essere la mia esperienza (modestia a parte non \u00e8 poca) tuttora non esistono altri\u00a0protettori\u00a0termici\u00a0in grado\u00a0di\u00a0intervenire a 0\u00b0C. Questa, come accennavo, \u00e8 la temperatura minima ma, con salti\u00a0di\u00a05\u00b0C il KW-C2 arriva fino a 155\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">La gamma che pu\u00f2 essere definita strettamente&nbsp;antigelo&nbsp;\u00e8 quella che va dai 15\u00b0C (Reset al&nbsp;di&nbsp;sopra degli 0\u00b0C) fino ai 25\u00b0C (Reset al&nbsp;di&nbsp;sopra dei 5\u00b0C).
