Oggi invece vedremo come il \u201cRipristino\u201d possa essere condizionato dalla\u00a0temperatura\u00a0ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Nell&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/06\/09\/38-temperatura-ambiente\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>articolo a riguardo<\/strong><\/a>, abbiamo spiegato che la \u201cTemperatura\u00a0ambiente\u201d \u00e8 la\u00a0temperatura\u00a0che viene registrata nell\u2019ambiente\u00a0in cui il termostato opera.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Il \u201cRipristino\u201d invece \u00e8 la&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;alla quale il dispositivo si resetta, chiudendo nuovamente i contatti, o riaprendoli, nel caso in cui la posizione iniziale dei contatti fosse normalmente aperta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Come possono entrare in relazione questi due concetti?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Fondamentalmente ne abbiamo fatto cenno quando abbiamo parlato dei <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/03\/10\/26-lo-strano-caso-dei-termostati-antigelo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>termostati antigelo<\/strong><\/a>. In quel caso, definito strano, il termostato interveniva a una\u00a0temperatura\u00a0inferiore a quella\u00a0ambiente, ipotizzata intorno ai 20\u00b0C \u2013 24\u00b0C. Qui invece voglio porre l\u2019attenzione a quei casi in cui l\u2019intervento avviene poco sopra la\u00a0temperatura\u00a0ambiente, perch\u00e9 il risultato potrebbe essere un dispositivo che interviene correttamente ma che poi non ripristina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La questione della temperatura ambiente in alcuni componenti di R&amp;D<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"808\" height=\"485\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Bimetallici.jpg\" alt=\"ambiente\" class=\"wp-image-13676\" style=\"width:606px;height:364px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Bimetallici.jpg 808w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Bimetallici-300x180.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Bimetallici-768x461.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 808px) 100vw, 808px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Pensiamo ad esempio a un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Termostati bimetallici<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0che interviene a 30\u00b0C\u00a0e\u00a0si resetta a 15\u00b0C. Se l\u2019ambiente\u00a0in cui opera ha effettivamente una\u00a0temperatura\u00a0media di circa 22\u00b0C, sar\u00e0 veramente difficile che riuscir\u00e0 a ripristinarsi. I termostati per\u00f2, soprattutto i nostri\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>TK24<\/strong><\/a>, offrono una vastissima gamma di soluzioni su specifica richiesta del cliente\u00a0e\u00a0le applicazioni sono delle pi\u00f9 svariate. Per questo motivo tutte le soluzioni di apertura\u00a0e\u00a0chiusura possono essere scelte. Deve essere il responsabile del progetto a fare le considerazioni migliori in base all\u2019applicazione\u00a0e\u00a0alle caratteristiche tecniche del prodotto ma, non per ultima, anche alla\u00a0temperatura\u00a0ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"849\" height=\"588\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/C1C8.jpg\" alt=\"ambiente\" class=\"wp-image-13677\" style=\"width:637px;height:441px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/C1C8.jpg 849w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/C1C8-300x208.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/C1C8-768x532.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 849px) 100vw, 849px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Leggermente diverso invece il funzionamento dei\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/protettori-termici\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>protettori termici<\/strong><\/a>. Questi offrono sicuramente una serie di soluzioni pi\u00f9 limitate\u00a0e\u00a0sono meno performanti dei termostati bimetallici poich\u00e9 hanno differenziali che mediamente sono di 30\u00b0C+\/-15\u00b0C. In questo caso i reset sono normalmente standard\u00a0e\u00a0non \u00e8 il responsabile tecnico a dover scegliere ma semplicemente prende atto dei valori\u00a0e\u00a0si adegua. Sono i produttori che intervengono, mettendo un limite minimo alla\u00a0temperatura\u00a0di reset. Nel caso, ad esempio, dei protettori TMC della\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/tmc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>serie C<\/strong><\/a>, che hanno una\u00a0temperatura\u00a0minima di intervento di 50\u00b0C,\u00a0viene specificato un reset maggiore di 35\u00b0C. Lo stesso viene fatto per il modello\u00a0<strong>KW<\/strong> (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/altri\/#kw-1t\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1T<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>e\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/altri\/#kw-3b\"><strong>3B<\/strong><\/a>), che ha una\u00a0temperatura\u00a0minima di intervento di 40\u00b0C\u00a0e\u00a0un reset non inferiore a 27\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"297\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/KW-1024x297.jpg\" alt=\"ambiente\" class=\"wp-image-13678\" style=\"width:768px;height:223px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/KW-1024x297.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/KW-300x87.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/KW-768x223.jpg 768w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/KW.jpg 1044w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Esiste poi un nuovo protettore che stiamo introducendo&nbsp;e&nbsp;che \u00e8 in grado di intervenire a 0\u00b0C&nbsp;e&nbsp;un reset superiore ai -15\u00b0C.
