Mi riferisco a \u201c<strong>Differenziale<\/strong>\u201d&nbsp;e&nbsp;\u201c<strong>Ripristino<\/strong>\u201d nei dispositivi bimetallici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Tutti sanno ormai che l\u2019intervento di un termostato bimetallico o di un protettore termico,\u00a0\u00e8\u00a0il momento in cui il bimetallo si deforma provocando<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/09\/13\/2-che-cosa-provoca-lapertura-e-la-chiusura-dei-contatti-in-un-dispositivo-bimetallico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l\u2019apertura dei contatti<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0e\u00a0viene fatto coincidere con la temperatura raggiunta in quell\u2019istante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">In questa circostanza, per non complicare la spiegazione, prender\u00f2 in esame solamente i dispositivi con i contatti normalmente chiusi. Il funzionamento\u00a0\u00e8 per\u00f2\u00a0identico nel caso in cui i contatti fossero su una posizione di iniziale apertura, quindi definiti <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/12\/16\/16-termostati-con-contatti-normalmente-aperti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>normalmente aperti<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Dicevamo che i dispositivi bimetallici aprono i contatti nel momento in cui viene raggiunta la temperatura per la quale sono costruiti. Sappiamo anche che con la successiva riduzione della temperatura il bimetallo torner\u00e0 sulle sue posizioni iniziali&nbsp;e&nbsp;il contatto torner\u00e0 chiuso.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualche dettaglio tecnico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Schema-Differenziale-Ripristino.jpg\" alt=\"differenziale\" class=\"wp-image-13655\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Ipotizziamo quindi che i contatti si aprano a 100\u00b0C&nbsp;e&nbsp;si chiudano a 85\u00b0C. In questo caso il&nbsp;Differenziale&nbsp;sar\u00e0 di 15\u00b0C, mentre il&nbsp;Ripristino&nbsp;lo avremo a 85\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Ecco che, sulla base di questo esempio pratico, possiamo arrivare alle relative definizioni.&nbsp;Per&nbsp;Differenziale&nbsp;si intende il numero di gradi che separano l\u2019apertura, detta anche \u201c<em>Intervento<\/em>\u201d dalla chiusura. Questa viene anche chiamata \u201c<em>Ripristino<\/em>\u201d&nbsp;e&nbsp;coincide con i gradi in cui resetta il dispositivo. Parliamo sempre di gradi Celsius (chiamati ancora anche gradi centigradi) perch\u00e9 sono l\u2019unit\u00e0 di misura adottata nei nostri mercati, ma se si tratta col mercato statunitense non&nbsp;\u00e8&nbsp;impossibile trovare le temperature espresse in gradi Fahrenheit. Il concetto resta uguale, sono solo espressi diversamente i numeri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Tornando al&nbsp;ripristino&nbsp;non&nbsp;\u00e8&nbsp;insolito trovare produttori che nei loro cataloghi usano il termine di&nbsp;<em><strong>Reset&nbsp;Temperature Range<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;per indicare in realt\u00e0 il&nbsp;differenziale, che nel linguaggio verbale qualcuno definisce anche \u201cisteresi\u201d o \u201c\u0394T\u201d&nbsp;e&nbsp;distinguerlo dal&nbsp;<em><strong>Reset&nbsp;Temperature<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;e&nbsp;quindi la temperatura di&nbsp;ripristino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Un\u2019altra terminologia comune&nbsp;\u00e8&nbsp;quella di usare \u201c<strong>NST<\/strong>\u201d (<em>Normal Switching Temperature<\/em>) per identificare la temperatura nominale di lavoro, quindi d\u2019intervento,&nbsp;e&nbsp;\u201c<strong>RST<\/strong>\u201d (<em>Reset&nbsp;Temperature<\/em>) per indicare il&nbsp;differenziale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Questa&nbsp;\u00e8&nbsp;la soluzione che ovviamente va per la maggiore nei cataloghi&nbsp;e&nbsp;nelle specifiche tecniche perch\u00e9 consente di abbracciare un ventaglio di soluzioni maggiori, mettendo i diversi range di intervento&nbsp;e&nbsp;un&nbsp;differenziale&nbsp;che pu\u00f2 essere garantito per tutte le temperature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Cosa comporta il\u00a0differenziale? Un\u00a0differenziale\u00a0breve consente di mantenere la temperatura a quel livello per lungo tempo.\u00a0Questa\u00a0\u00e8\u00a0una soluzione adottata quando si richiede al termostato\u00a0di lavorare come regolatore di temperature,\u00a0e\u00a0ci si deve assicurare che essa venga mantenuta all\u2019interno di due determinati parametri. Significa che i cicli saranno molto pi\u00f9 frequenti,\u00a0e\u00a0nel lungo periodo il termostato avr\u00e0 una vita pi\u00f9 breve (\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/10\/07\/6-il-termostato-muore-aperto-o-chiuso\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Il termostato muore aperto o chiuso?<\/strong><\/a>\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Un&nbsp;differenziale&nbsp;pi\u00f9 lungo invece comporter\u00e0 uno spegnimento dell\u2019apparecchiatura per un periodo maggiore&nbsp;e&nbsp;questo potrebbe essere utile per riportare la temperatura a livelli ottimali senza stressare il termostato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Ecco cos\u00ec che il valore del&nbsp;differenziale&nbsp;deve dipendere dal progetto&nbsp;e&nbsp;dal compito che viene assegnato al termostato o al protettore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Il differenziale nei componenti di R&amp;D<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"808\" height=\"485\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/xxx.jpg\" alt=\"differenziale\" class=\"wp-image-13654\" style=\"width:606px;height:364px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/xxx.jpg 808w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/xxx-300x180.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/xxx-768x461.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 808px) 100vw, 808px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Ogni prodotto ha uno specifico\u00a0differenziale.
