Partiamo dai dispositivi bimetallici. Il funzionamento ormai \u00e8 noto: in seguito al diverso coefficiente\u00a0di\u00a0dilatazione\u00a0dei\u00a0metalli che compongono\u00a0la\u00a0lamina o il disco bimetallico, con l\u2019aumentare\u00a0della\u00a0temperatura\u00a0il bimetallo si piega e i contatti si aprono, come spiegato <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/09\/13\/2-che-cosa-provoca-lapertura-e-la-chiusura-dei-contatti-in-un-dispositivo-bimetallico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>qui<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Si \u00e8 anche visto che \u00e8 possibile calibrare l\u2019apertura su una\u00a0temperatura\u00a0a nostra scelta, ma trattandosi\u00a0di\u00a0dispositivi meccanici e prodotti in massa, non \u00e8 possibile avere per tutti lo stesso intervento, oltre al fatto che sono numerosi i fattori che possono condizionare l\u2019esatta\u00a0temperatura\u00a0alla quale andr\u00e0 ad intervenire il termostato (<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/10\/21\/8-l-importanza-della-posizione\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>articoli 8<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/06\/09\/38-temperatura-ambiente\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>38<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/06\/16\/39-ritardo-termico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>39<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/07\/28\/45-precisione-e-aderenza-al-piano-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>45<\/strong><\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Per questo motivo tutti questi dispositivi, sia termostati che protettori termici, hanno una&nbsp;tolleranza. Questa vale sia per&nbsp;la&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;d\u2019intervento, che per quella&nbsp;di&nbsp;ripristino. Ecco che cos\u00ec troveremo sempre una&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;accompagnata da un \u201c+\u201d e un \u201c-\u201c e un altro numero, e in qualche occasione due numeri. Mi spiego meglio trattando gli esempi caso per caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">La&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;con&nbsp;la&nbsp;tolleranza&nbsp;indica il range entro il quale andr\u00e0 ad intervenire il termostato. Quindi con un 95\u00b0C +\/-3\u00b0C, significa che le soglie&nbsp;di&nbsp;intervento andranno dai 92\u00b0C ai 98\u00b0C. In alcuni casi si usa anche&nbsp;la&nbsp;percentuale, quindi se abbiamo 120\u00b0C+\/-3%, vorr\u00e0 dire che il nostro range andr\u00e0 dai 116,4\u00b0C ai 123,6\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Anche le&nbsp;temperature&nbsp;di&nbsp;ripristino ovviamente prevedono una&nbsp;tolleranza,&nbsp;che \u00e8 sempre pi\u00f9 ampia&nbsp;di&nbsp;quella d\u2019intervento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Per fornire un ulteriore chiarimento possiamo fare una veloce carrellata sulla gamma&nbsp;di&nbsp;R&amp;D Components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La tolleranza nei nostri dispositivi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/protettori-termici\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Protettori termici<\/a>:<\/strong> sono i dispositivi che offrono prestazioni pi\u00f9 basse.&nbsp;La&nbsp;tolleranza&nbsp;normalmente \u00e8&nbsp;di&nbsp;+\/-5\u00b0C, anche se&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/tmc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>TMC<\/strong><\/a>, su richiesta, pu\u00f2 fornire un +\/-2,5\u00b0C. Il ripristino \u00e8 in genere lungo e approssimativo, in prevalenza i diversi produttori dichiarano 40\u00b0C+\/-15\u00b0C, e comunque non al&nbsp;di&nbsp;sotto&nbsp;di&nbsp;una&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;di&nbsp;35\u00b0C. I prodotti&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/tomic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TOMIC<\/a> <\/strong>sono un po\u2019 pi\u00f9 ristretti perch\u00e9 hanno un 30\u00b0C +\/-15\u00b0C. Per altri prodotti, come&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/altri\/#h20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">H20<\/a><\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/altri\/#h21\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">H21<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong>e&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/altri\/#cs2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CS2<\/a><\/strong>,&nbsp;la&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;di&nbsp;ripristino varia in funzione&nbsp;di&nbsp;quella&nbsp;di&nbsp;intervento. In particolare, essa equivale a 2\/3&nbsp;della&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;d\u2019intervento con una&nbsp;tolleranza&nbsp;di&nbsp;+\/-15\u00b0C. Si tratta&nbsp;di&nbsp;un dispositivo con una&nbsp;tolleranza&nbsp;sull\u2019intervento&nbsp;di&nbsp;+\/- 5\u00b0C e un ripristino&nbsp;di&nbsp;30\u00b0C+\/-15\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"368\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/TermostatiARIA.jpg\" alt=\"tolleranza\" class=\"wp-image-13505\" style=\"width:525px;height:276px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/TermostatiARIA.jpg 700w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/TermostatiARIA-300x158.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-a-bulbo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Termostati a bulbo<\/a>:<\/strong> hanno un funzionamento diverso da quello&nbsp;dei&nbsp;bimetallici, come abbiamo visto in <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/05\/19\/36-termostati-a-bulbo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>questo articolo<\/strong><\/a>, ma anche l\u2019intervento del termostato a bulbo ha una&nbsp;tolleranza&nbsp;che varia da +\/-3\u00b0C ai +\/-16\u00b0C in rapporto alla&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;d\u2019intervento. Nel caso per\u00f2&nbsp;dei&nbsp;termostati a bulbo con riarmo manuale viene usata&nbsp;la&nbsp;doppia&nbsp;tolleranza, vale a dire, in aggiunta alla&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;d\u2019intervento anzich\u00e9 avere +\/-5\u00b0C ad esempio, avremo un +0\u00b0C e un \u201310\u00b0C. In realt\u00e0 non cambia nulla. Se ipotizziamo un 100\u00b0C +\/-5\u00b0C avremo un range che va da 95\u00b0C a 105\u00b0C, che equivale a 105\u00b0C +0\u00b0C \/ -10\u00b0C. Nella fascia d\u2019intervento che va da 1\u00b0C fino a 50\u00b0C possono raggiungere una precisione\u00a0di\u00a0+\/-1,5\u00b0C, mentre ripristino pu\u00f2 essere tarato sui 4,5\u00b0C+\/-1,5\u00b0C per tutti i settaggi compresi tra i -10\u00b0C e i 75\u00b0C. Per esempio, se ho un termostato che deve intervenire a 10\u00b0C+\/-1%,&nbsp;la&nbsp;tolleranza&nbsp;sar\u00e0&nbsp;di&nbsp;+\/-1\u00b0C. Anche sul reset si difendono molto bene perch\u00e9 possono essere prodotti sempre fino a circa 110\u00b0C, con una riapertura (o chiusura)&nbsp;di&nbsp;5\u00b0C+\/-3\u00b0C sotto&nbsp;la&nbsp;soglia d\u2019intervento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Tutti i dati sopra forniti sono ovviamente ottenuti da prove&nbsp;di&nbsp;laboratorio con tutte le condizioni ottimali possibili.
