Rilevano la temperatura per conduzione termica per effetto della quale il calore si espande dalla superficie di appoggio alla base del termostato, fino ad arrivare al bimetallo che si deforma in base alla temperatura per la quale \u00e8 stato predisposto l\u2019intervento.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Per garantire un intervento corretto \u00e8 molto importante che la base del termostato bimetallico sia perfettamente\u00a0aderente\u00a0al piano. Questo perch\u00e8 anche un semplice e millimetrico passaggio d\u2019aria potrebbe determinare un ritardo nell\u2019intervento. <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/06\/16\/39-ritardo-termico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Abbiamo gi\u00e0 affrontato questo fenomeno<\/strong><\/a> quando abbiamo parlato di ritardo termico e delle cause che lo possono provocare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Molti produttori per ridurre al minimo tale possibilit\u00e0 applicano sotto il corpo del termostato una pasta conduttiva che, su richiesta, possiamo fornire. In buona parte si tratta di grassi termici che hanno lo scopo di eliminare i vuoti d\u2019aria o i piccoli spazi che possono agire da isolanti termici, e garantire una corretta continuit\u00e0 termica tra la fonte di calore e il dispositivo di rilevamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Pu\u00f2 sembrare banale, o scontato, ma \u00e8 realmente sufficiente un piccolo passaggio d\u2019aria per determinare un ritardo nell\u2019intervento del termostato e sono numerosi i fattori che possono determinare questo errore, come la temperatura d\u2019esercizio o la velocit\u00e0 con la quale si \u00e8 raggiunta tale temperatura, o il passaggio d\u2019aria che si pu\u00f2 creare nello spazio di non perfetta&nbsp;aderenza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"807\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Aderenza-TK24.jpg\" alt=\"aderenza\" class=\"wp-image-13296\" style=\"width:525px;height:605px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Aderenza-TK24.jpg 700w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Aderenza-TK24-260x300.jpg 260w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aderenza al piano: un test dimostrativo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Faccio due semplici esempi basandomi su un test eseguito internamente. Nella Foto 1 possiamo vedere due\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>TK24<\/strong><\/a>, normalmente chiusi, con una temperatura d\u2019intervento di 80\u00b0C+\/-3\u00b0C. Entrambi sono perfettamente avvitati e aderenti alla piastra riscaldante e la prova ha dato esito positivo, il termostato 1 \u00e8 intervenuto a 83\u00b0C e il termostato 2 a 82\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Nella Foto 2 abbiamo invece il termostato 2 che non \u00e8 perfettamente&nbsp;aderente&nbsp;al piano, parliamo di circa 1,5 mm ma il risultato \u00e8 sorprendente.
