Nello stesso articolo vi riportavo anche un esempio empirico di un test fatto da noi dove si rilevava che un passaggio d\u2019aria di soli 1,5 mm tra la superficie e la base del termostato poteva generare un errore di oltre 10\u00b0C.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Fin qui sembra tutto chiaro. Si installa il termostato e ci si assicura che sia totalmente aderente al piano, sia che si tratti di un fissaggio a vite, che di un fissaggio con flangia mobile, o a scalino. Se si vuole essere pi\u00f9 sicuri di avere un perfetto contatto termico tra superficie calda e termostato mettiamo un po\u2019 di pasta conduttiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Ma cosa succede se la superficie sulla quale deve essere rilevata la temperatura \u00e8 quella di un tubo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"1000\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/IMG20220908122043-1.jpg\" alt=\"aderenza\" class=\"wp-image-13479\" style=\"width:750px;height:750px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/IMG20220908122043-1.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/IMG20220908122043-1-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/IMG20220908122043-1-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/IMG20220908122043-1-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/IMG20220908122043-1-550x550.jpg 550w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Come ottenere una perfetta aderenza a un tubo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Nel mondo dei Fan Coil, dove questa situazione \u00e8 molto frequente e richiesta, ci si affida a una molla, che viene agganciata ai fori della flangia di fissaggio dei termostati bimetallici e blocca il termostato intorno al tubo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Questo \u00e8 un sistema ormai collaudato nel tempo e ritenuto un valido compromesso. Tuttavia esso non offre una garanzia di lettura perfetta e potrebbe esserci un margine di errore, evidentemente tollerato, ma non escluso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Infatti, come si pu\u00f2 notare dalla figura qui sotto, la base del termostato, appoggiando su una superficie sferica e non piana, non risulta essere pienamente aderente e questo potrebbe comportare un errore di rilevamento e un conseguente ritardo nell\u2019intervento. Ribadisco che se questo sistema risulta essere tuttora il pi\u00f9 frequente significa che l\u2019eventuale errore \u00e8 pi\u00f9 che tollerabile. Proprio per questo motivo THERMOREX ha realizzato un termostato con la base concava. Questa soluzione, abbinata a una clip di fissaggio (modello\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/74lch.r.ag.d.sendibm3.com\/mk\/cl\/f\/Php23lTsTgOOGzUGc4ffKNd_mZTTEbUro0jdJpCmlFRX6S-UoWam439Dh5UhY40oxbKjDI6aZkxDI2QvFJO5x7zms5uWiW6hKraZcZGYGhzaPt7JFw8e9QisSojSSvul05jy3bf0pVtK3Y02JuUEXYO5xuOAj9NExf_SjF_bBxcWDaKkMLfxzzSz3RvgmrwshwpYXJQjoMJTHQXQcdIhCYkDIXPJ3ZqsSt4her7KoCEHwpqJtMW8SeF4kFyzYj1o5dlIHV6J0SiuUWm9bnJB--TyOF3czgt8b8DpD_-9BFD69xCPJQM_SdvDXD74qY2qvd4z71F3BKyQcBhxPkvWSEm8x6X-oIihWuUA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>MG05<\/strong><\/a>), in acciaio leggermente elastico, consente l\u2019installazione del termostato su tubi di diametro dai 14 ai 18 mm, semplicemente con una certa pressione del termostato sul tubo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Facile applicazione e aderenza perfetta sono la giusta ricetta per un&#8217;ottima lettura della temperatura e una posa in opera veloce e intuitiva.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">In ogni caso, sappiamo che la trafilatura di un tubo non \u00e8 mai perfettamente tonda e che potrebbe avere qualche leggera imperfezione.
