Sono costituiti da due supporti metallici o plastici sui quali sono montati i contatti, un supporto \u00e8 fisso e uno \u00e8 mobile, al quale \u00e8 fissato il bimetallo posizionato a vista. Questo permette di garantire il pi\u00f9 rapido livello di intervento e di eliminare qualsiasi tipo di ritardo termico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Il <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/09\/13\/2-che-cosa-provoca-lapertura-e-la-chiusura-dei-contatti-in-un-dispositivo-bimetallico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">funzionamento \u00e8 quello di qualsiasi&nbsp;termostato&nbsp;bimetallico<\/a> e nel momento in cui il bimetallo si piega in funzione della temperatura, provoca l\u2019apertura o la chiusura dei contatti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">La sensibilit\u00e0 a un eventuale surriscaldamento \u00e8 massima, perch\u00e9 il bimetallo \u00e8 a vista, senza nessuna protezione e di conseguenza \u00e8 garantita un\u2019azione estremamente rapida. Questo rende il&nbsp;termostato&nbsp;in&nbsp;aria&nbsp;particolarmente adatto ad applicazioni quali asciugacapelli, termoventilatori, asciugatori ad&nbsp;aria, lampade, elettromedicali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"310\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Termostati-in-aria-1024x310.jpg\" alt=\"Termostati in aria\" class=\"wp-image-13115\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Termostati-in-aria-1024x310.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Termostati-in-aria-300x91.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Termostati-in-aria-768x233.jpg 768w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Termostati-in-aria.jpg 1260w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Termostati in aria: come operano<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Il&nbsp;termostato&nbsp;in&nbsp;aria&nbsp;non rileva la temperatura in seguito al contatto con la fonte di calore, come per esempio descritto in \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/10\/21\/8-l-importanza-della-posizione\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tempo e temperatura: l&#8217;importanza della posizione<\/a>\u201d, ma per irradiazione di calore, ne consegue che ad influenzare l\u2019intervento del&nbsp;termostato&nbsp;sar\u00e0 la temperatura ambiente nel punto in cui si trova il bimetallo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">I&nbsp;termostati&nbsp;in&nbsp;aria&nbsp;in genere sono a riarmo automatico, ma possono essere prodotti nella versione con PTC, quindi con riarmo elettrico (\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/04\/07\/30-protettori-termici-a-riarmo-elettrico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Protettori termici a riarmo elettrico<\/a>\u201d) e con diversi supporti di fissaggio in funzione dell\u2019applicazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">La totale assenza di protezione del bimetallo rende i&nbsp;termostati&nbsp;in&nbsp;aria&nbsp;pi\u00f9 fragili di altri tipi di dispositivi, e per questo motivo spesso sono affiancati&nbsp; da un termofusibile (\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/11\/04\/10-come-funzionano-i-termofusibili\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Come funzionano i termofusibili<\/a>\u201d).
