Nell\u2019articolo \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/10\/21\/8-l-importanza-della-posizione\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Tempo e\u00a0temperatura, l&#8217;importanza della posizione<\/strong><\/a>\u201c abbiamo visto come la posizione del termostato e la relativa distanza dalla fonte di calore, possano determinare un intervento anticipato o ritardato, e di come la discriminante sia esclusivamente la\u00a0temperatura\u00a0che il bimetallo sente nel punto in cui si trova il termostato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Nel momento in cui viene generato del calore, questo si espande ovunque ma la&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;non sar\u00e0 ugualmente distribuita e man mano ci si allontaner\u00e0 dalla fonte essa andr\u00e0 a diminuire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Per i termostati bimetallici, ma anche per i protettori termici o i termostati a bulbo, oltre alla\u00a0temperatura\u00a0d\u2019intervento e a quella di ripristino, bisogna tenere in considerazione la\u00a0temperatura\u00a0ambiente. Si tratta, come dice la parola, della\u00a0temperatura\u00a0che viene registrata nell\u2019ambiente\u00a0in cui il termostato opera. In una normale condizione di lavoro il dispositivo \u00e8 posizionato nel punto in cui deve essere letta la\u00a0temperatura, la parte sensibile \u00e8 a contatto con il punto che deve essere monitorato e quando si raggiunge la\u00a0temperatura\u00a0critica <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/09\/13\/2-che-cosa-provoca-lapertura-e-la-chiusura-dei-contatti-in-un-dispositivo-bimetallico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>il bimetallo si deforma e provoca l\u2019apertura dei contatti<\/strong><\/a>. In queste condizioni la\u00a0temperatura\u00a0ambiente\u00a0sar\u00e0 sempre inferiore a quella d\u2019intervento, come mostra il disegno nella\u00a0<strong>Fig.1<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Temperatura-ambiente.jpg\" alt=\"temperatura\" class=\"wp-image-13076\" style=\"width:600px;height:600px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Temperatura ambiente: il <em>Tmax<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">A livello costruttivo per\u00f2 avviene l\u2019esatto opposto: la&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;ambiente&nbsp;\u00e8 superiore a quella di intervento e questo perch\u00e9 nel momento in cui si aprono i contatti, se la&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;stava aumentando in modo repentino, questa, per un breve periodo di tempo, continuer\u00e0 a farlo, anche dopo l\u2019intervento del termostato per via della forza d\u2019inerzia (riprenderemo questo concetto pi\u00f9 avanti). Quello che si deve evitare \u00e8 che un\u2019esposizione troppo lunga a una&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;alta possa danneggiare il termostato, compromettendone il funzionamento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">In circostanze pi\u00f9 rare, e in presenza di gravi anomalie, pu\u00f2 succedere che la&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;ambiente&nbsp;sia pi\u00f9 elevata di quella che si pu\u00f2 rilevare nel punto di contatto tra termostato (o protettore) e superficie da controllare, come indicativamente si pu\u00f2 notare nella seconda figura (<strong>Fig. 2<\/strong>). In questo caso \u00e8 importante che il corpo del dispositivo sia in grado di sostenere questa prova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">La&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;ambiente&nbsp;ha sempre un limite massimo oltre il quale non \u00e8 consentito andare, ed \u00e8 rappresentato dalla \u201c<em>Tmax<\/em>\u201d, la&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;massima alla quale un dispositivo, termostato o protettore che sia, pu\u00f2 resistere senza subire danni, e questa varia da prodotto a prodotto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Nella seguente tabella potete avere un esempio delle diverse massime&nbsp;temperature&nbsp;sopportabili da alcuni dei nostri prodotti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"font-size:15px\" class=\"wp-block-list has-black-color has-text-color\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/altri\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BW-A1D<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;<\/strong>150\u00b0C<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/altri\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BW-B2D<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211;<\/strong>&nbsp;150\u00b0C<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/tomic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AM03<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;<\/strong>150\u00b0C &#8211; 230\u00b0C per 1 minuto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/tomic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AM01<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;<\/strong>150\u00b0C &#8211; 230\u00b0C per 1 minuto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/altri\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">KW-3B<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;<\/strong>180\u00b0C<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/tmc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Serie C<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;<\/strong>180\u00b0C&nbsp;per intervento fino a 180\u00b0C, come omologazioni<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TK24<\/a>&nbsp;\/&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk32\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TK32<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;<\/strong>175\u00b0C<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TK24<\/a>&nbsp;\/&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk32\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TK32<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211; B1C&nbsp;(corpo ceramico)&nbsp;&#8211;<\/strong>200\u00b0C<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TK24 HT<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;<\/strong>425\u00b0C<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Esiste un\u2019eccezione a quanto detto fin qui, ed \u00e8 per i termostati a bulbo. <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/05\/19\/36-termostati-a-bulbo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Come abbiamo visto di recente<\/strong><\/a> questo tipo di dispositivo \u00e8 composto da sensore, capillare e corpo del termostato.
