{"id":13062,"date":"2022-05-19T14:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-19T12:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/?p=13062"},"modified":"2025-02-13T09:46:35","modified_gmt":"2025-02-13T08:46:35","slug":"36-termostati-a-bulbo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/05\/19\/36-termostati-a-bulbo\/","title":{"rendered":"#36 &#8211; Termostati a bulbo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Il&nbsp;termostato&nbsp;a&nbsp;bulbo&nbsp;regolabile \u00e8 un componente per la regolazione e per il controllo della temperatura, con un range di lavoro, e quindi una temperatura minima e una massima, che vengono regolate a scelta dell\u2019utilizzatore tramite la rotazione di una manopola, oppure gi\u00e0 predisposti all\u2019intervento dal produttore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Questo tipo di&nbsp;termostato&nbsp;\u00e8 composto principalmente da quattro parti: il sensore o&nbsp;bulbo, il capillare, il corpo del&nbsp;termostato&nbsp;e l\u2019alberino di regolazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">&#8211; <strong>SENSORE<\/strong>: detto anche \u201c<em>bulbo<\/em>\u201d, \u00e8 la parte che ha il compito di rilevare la temperatura e viene posizionata nel punto in cui \u00e8 richiesta questa funzione. L\u2019interno \u00e8 riempito con un liquido che espande il suo volume con l\u2019aumentare della temperatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">&#8211; <strong>CAPILLARE<\/strong>: \u00e8 un piccolo tubo, all\u2019interno del quale scorre il fluido in fase di espansione e collega il sensore al corpo del&nbsp;termostato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">&#8211; <strong>TERMOSTATO<\/strong>: E\u2019 il corpo in cui convergono l\u2019alberino di regolazione, il capillare collegato alla valvola (punto terminale del capillare), i contatti che danno la continuit\u00e0 elettrica fino a che non si aprono interrompendola, e la valvola ad espansione collegata al capillare. A breve cercher\u00f2 di spiegare il tutto in modo sintetico<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">&#8211; <strong><strong>ALBERINO<\/strong>: <\/strong>\u00e8 lo strumento tramite il quale \u00e8 possibile scegliere e regolare la temperatura di intervento del&nbsp;termostato&nbsp;a proprio piacimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Termostati a bulbo: come funzionano<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Ma proviamo a vedere un po\u2019 pi\u00f9 nel dettaglio come funziona un&nbsp;termostato&nbsp;a&nbsp;bulbo. Nelle immagini qui sotto possiamo provare a schematizzare e semplificare ai minimi termini questo funzionamento, ma \u00e8 doveroso spiegare che, al di l\u00e0 delle funzioni base, ogni produttore ha un suo particolare disegno, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il meccanismo interno al&nbsp;termostato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Nella figura \u201c<strong>A<\/strong>\u201d abbiamo il&nbsp;termostato&nbsp;in posizione iniziale, vale a dire all\u2019interno del range di lavoro, quindi a temperatura ambiente i contatti sono chiusi e la corrente passa regolarmente. La valvola (<strong>5<\/strong>) \u00e8 distante dall\u2019alberino (<strong>4<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Nella figura \u201c<strong>B<\/strong>\u201d la temperatura inizia a salire, il fluido si espande e percorre tutto il capillare, fino ad arrivare alla valvola. Questa, spingendo un perno verso l\u2019esterno, trova la base dell\u2019alberino dove effettua una spinta sullo stesso. A quel punto la spinta verso l\u2019alto del perno sull\u2019alberino fa si che un meccanismo porti a far aprire il contatto elettrico. Non potendo pi\u00f9 espandersi, per reazione spinge verso il basso un meccanismo che porta al distaccamento di uno dei contatti e quindi all\u2019apertura del circuito. Quest\u2019ultimo passaggio \u00e8 quello che varia a seconda del produttore. Sul mercato ci sono diverse soluzioni ma tutte portano allo stesso risultato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Nella figura \u201c<strong>C<\/strong>\u201d \u00e8 spiegata la funzione dell\u2019alberino. Si tratta di un perno rotativo avvitato al corpo del&nbsp;termostato. Ruotandolo in una direzione o nell\u2019altra pu\u00f2 salire o scendere, entrando nel corpo del&nbsp;termostato, e di conseguenza avvicinarsi oppure allontanarsi dalla valvola. Questa distanza determina il tempo di intervento e di conseguenza la temperatura di lavoro del&nbsp;termostato. Diventa facile convertire i gradi angolari della rotazione in gradi Celsius (o Centigradi), ma questa \u00e8 un\u2019operazione che fanno i produttori graduando la manopola. Spesso sono anche i clienti finali a farlo, poich\u00e8 per motivi estetici preferiscono usare manopole personalizzate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Con il&nbsp;termostato&nbsp;a&nbsp;bulbo&nbsp;abbiamo incontrato un nuovo principio di gestione della temperatura, quello dell\u2019espansione del fluido, diverso dal <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/09\/13\/2-che-cosa-provoca-lapertura-e-la-chiusura-dei-contatti-in-un-dispositivo-bimetallico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bimetallo<\/a> e diverso dal <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/11\/04\/10-come-funzionano-i-termofusibili\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">thermal pellet<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">I&nbsp;termostati&nbsp;a&nbsp;bulbo&nbsp;possono essere di&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-a-bulbo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">regolazione<\/a>, come abbiamo appena visto, oppure anche di&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-a-bulbo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sicurezza<\/a>, con un riarmo manuale.
