Il funzionamento \u00e8 quello di un tradizionale&nbsp;termostato&nbsp;bimetallico con i suoi cicli di apertura e chiusura dei contatti, come abbiamo descritto nel <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/09\/13\/2-che-cosa-provoca-lapertura-e-la-chiusura-dei-contatti-in-un-dispositivo-bimetallico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nostro secondo articolo<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Questo&nbsp;termostato&nbsp;viene usato per fare in modo che in prossimit\u00e0 degli Zero gradi centigradi venga fatta partire una fonte di calore, ad esempio una resistenza o un cavo riscaldante, per evitare che si formi del ghiaccio. Questo&nbsp;termostato&nbsp;per\u00f2 ha una curiosa peculiarit\u00e0. Se verifichiamo con un tester la posizione dei contatti a una temperatura ambiente di 20\u00b0C\/24\u00b0C, il risultato sar\u00e0 quello di avere un circuito aperto. Questo porta spesso a classificare i&nbsp;termostati&nbsp;antigelo&nbsp;come normalmente aperti (ho trattato il significato di posizione dei contatti <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/12\/16\/16-termostati-con-contatti-normalmente-aperti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">qui<\/a>). Ma non \u00e8 assolutamente cos\u00ec, sono&nbsp;termostati&nbsp;normalmente chiusi, e vi spiego il perch\u00e9 avvalendomi della figura qui sotto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"760\" height=\"463\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Schema-NA-NC.jpg\" alt=\"antigelo\" class=\"wp-image-12977\" style=\"width:570px;height:347px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Schema-NA-NC.jpg 760w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Schema-NA-NC-300x183.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 760px) 100vw, 760px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Termostati antigelo: schema tecnico<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Prendiamo un normale\u00a0termostato\u00a0bimetallico, un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termostati-bimetallici\/#tk24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TK24<\/a>, e ipotizziamo un intervento a 15\u00b0C con reset a 5\u00b0C. L\u2019ellisse che viene raffigurato rappresenta il ciclo di apertura e chiusura dei contatti del\u00a0termostato. La linea rossa indica il periodo in cui i contatti sono chiusi, e la linea blu quello in cui i contatti sono aperti. Sappiamo che il nostro\u00a0termostato\u00a0aprir\u00e0 i contatti a 15\u00b0C e li richiuder\u00e0 a 5\u00b0C. La\u00a0<em><strong>posizione 1<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0 \u00e8 la temperatura ambiente a cui facevo cenno poco fa. In questa circostanza i contatti saranno sempre aperti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Mentre la temperatura scende, i contatti continueranno a restare aperti, anche quando ci si trover\u00e0 nell\u2019intervallo di temperatura di lavoro (15\u00b0C\/5\u00b0C) per esempio a 10\u00b0C, come raffigurato in\u00a0<em><strong>posizione 2<\/strong><\/em>. Arrivati per\u00f2 alla temperatura di ripristino, nel caso in esempio 5\u00b0C (<em><strong>posizione 3<\/strong><\/em>), i contatti andranno a chiudersi, proprio per fare partire il processo di riscaldamento che eviter\u00e0 la formazione di ghiaccio. Continueranno a restare chiusi anche nella\u00a0<em><strong>posizione intermedia 4<\/strong><\/em>, per aprirsi solo una volta raggiunta la temperatura di intervento di 15\u00b0C, indicato con la\u00a0<em><strong>posizione 5<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Ecco perch\u00e9 nel momento in cui verifichiamo il circuito alla temperatura ambiente indicata prima, i contatti risulteranno aperti. Questo per\u00f2 sar\u00e0 determinato dal fatto che ci si trova al di sopra della temperatura d\u2019intervento e il&nbsp;termostato&nbsp;sar\u00e0 gi\u00e0 intervenuto. Proprio per questo il&nbsp;termostato&nbsp;antigelo va considerato comunque un normalmente chiuso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"907\" height=\"354\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/TK24.jpg\" alt=\"antigelo\" class=\"wp-image-12978\" style=\"width:680px;height:266px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/TK24.jpg 907w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/TK24-300x117.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/TK24-768x300.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 907px) 100vw, 907px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le configurazioni con Thermorex e Matsuo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">La configurazione che un&nbsp;termostato&nbsp;antigelo&nbsp;pu\u00f2 avere varia a seconda dell\u2019applicazione e sono molte le opzioni che una Casa come THERMOREX, in continua evoluzione, pu\u00f2 offrire, dal tradizionale TK24 a soluzioni pi\u00f9 particolari, o addirittura ermetiche.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Ovviamente con una ciclicit\u00e0 come quella sopra descritta, in temperature cos\u00ec ristrette, diventa molto importante avere un alto numero di cicli meccanici, vale a dire un alto numero di quei cicli che avvengono in assenza di un azionamento elettrico e quindi con l\u2019apparecchiatura non alimentata dalla corrente (come descritto <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/12\/09\/15-cicli-elettrici-e-cicli-meccanici\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">qui<\/a>), perch\u00e9 questo potr\u00e0 garantire una vita pi\u00f9 lunga sia al&nbsp;termostato&nbsp;che alla sua apparecchiatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Normalmente i produttori di&nbsp;termostati&nbsp;sono soliti garantire i cicli elettrici, e nel caso del TK24 si parla di 100.000 cicli a 10A. Tuttavia un gruppo di nostri prodotti, i&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/temperature-power-sensors\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TPS<\/a>&nbsp;fabbricati dalla giapponese&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.matsuo-ele.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MATSUO<\/a>, sono in grado di garantire 2 milioni di cicli meccanici.
