Nella fattispecie la resistenza cresce con l&#8217;aumentare&nbsp;della&nbsp;temperatura. Inizialmente la variazione&nbsp;di&nbsp;resistenza \u00e8 minima e rimane costante fino alla&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;di&nbsp;intervento, o&nbsp;di&nbsp;risposta nominale. Quando tale limite viene superato si osserva una variazione&nbsp;della&nbsp;resistenza maggiore a 1kOhm. Una volta intervenuti, i PTC non si auto-ripristinano finch\u00e9 non sar\u00e0 scollegato e riattivato il passaggio&nbsp;di&nbsp;corrente, a quel punto il termistore riprender\u00e0 a lavorare regolarmente. Sono prodotti in accordo alle norme DIN 44081.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sensori di temperatura: <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/02\/03\/21-sensori-kty\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sonde KTY<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"898\" height=\"544\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/KTY.jpg\" alt=\"sensori di temperatura\" class=\"wp-image-12966\" style=\"width:674px;height:408px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/KTY.jpg 898w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/KTY-300x182.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/KTY-768x465.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 898px) 100vw, 898px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Un altro tipo&nbsp;di&nbsp;<em>Positive&nbsp;Temperature&nbsp;Coefficient<\/em> \u00e8 il <strong>Silicon Resistive Sensor<\/strong>, detto anche&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/ptc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">KTY<\/a><\/strong>. Questo nome fu dato a questo tipo&nbsp;di&nbsp;sensore&nbsp;dalla PHILIPS, che fu la prima a produrlo. Si tratta&nbsp;di&nbsp;un semiconduttore in silicio, simile a un diodo, che copre un ampio campo&nbsp;di&nbsp;misurazione. Soddisfa la maggior parte&nbsp;dei&nbsp;requisiti industriali, soprattutto nel campo&nbsp;dei&nbsp;motori e motoriduttori. A differenza&nbsp;dei&nbsp;termistori PTC, i&nbsp;sensori&nbsp;KTY hanno una curva RT, resistenza-temperatura, quasi lineare. Questo rende i KTY ideali per la misurazione&nbsp;della&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;e per il monitoraggio&nbsp;dei&nbsp;valori limite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sensori di temperatura: <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/02\/10\/22-termistori-ntc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Termistori NTC<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"898\" height=\"425\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/NTC.jpg\" alt=\"sensori di temperatura\" class=\"wp-image-12967\" style=\"width:674px;height:319px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/NTC.jpg 898w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/NTC-300x142.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/NTC-768x363.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 898px) 100vw, 898px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">I termistori&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/sonde-ntc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NTC<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;(<em>Negative&nbsp;Temperature&nbsp;Coefficient<\/em>) sono&nbsp;sensori&nbsp;realizzati tramite semiconduttori prodotti con ossidi&nbsp;di&nbsp;metallo drogati, vale a dire con aggiunte&nbsp;di&nbsp;piccole percentuali&nbsp;di&nbsp;atomi esterni, allo scopo&nbsp;di&nbsp;modificare le propriet\u00e0 elettroniche del materiale. Al contrario&nbsp;di&nbsp;quanto abbiamo visto per i PTC, con i termistori NTC la resistenza diminuisce con l\u2019aumentare&nbsp;della&nbsp;temperatura. Per scegliere il&nbsp;sensore&nbsp;NTC pi\u00f9 adatto alla nostra applicazione, dobbiamo individuare innanzitutto gli elementi che determinano la curva RT (Resistance \/&nbsp;Temperature). Questi sono la Resistenza a 25\u00b0C e il valore&nbsp;di&nbsp;Beta, che in gergo chiamiamo pi\u00f9 semplicemente \u201cK e \u03b2\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sensori di temperatura: <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/02\/17\/23-termoresistenze-rtd\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Termoresistenze RTD<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"898\" height=\"425\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/RTD.jpg\" alt=\"sensori di temperatura\" class=\"wp-image-12968\" style=\"width:674px;height:319px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/RTD.jpg 898w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/RTD-300x142.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/RTD-768x363.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 898px) 100vw, 898px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Anche le termoresistenze&nbsp;<strong>RTD<\/strong>&nbsp;(<em>Resistance&nbsp;Temperature&nbsp;Detector<\/em>), come i PTC&nbsp; e i KTY, sono caratterizzate da un coefficiente&nbsp;di&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;positivo. La particolarit\u00e0 degli RTD va trovata nella crescita costante&nbsp;della&nbsp;resistenza tale da garantire una lettura lineare, veloce e precisa in un range&nbsp;di&nbsp;utilizzo che va da -200\u00b0C a +850\u00b0C. Infatti la rappresentazione grafica&nbsp;della&nbsp;RT \u00e8 una linea retta che rende pi\u00f9 facile e precisa la rilevazione&nbsp;della&nbsp;temperatura. Il metallo che \u00e8 risultato pi\u00f9 idoneo per questo tipo&nbsp;di&nbsp;sensore&nbsp;\u00e8 il Platino (Pt) che ha un valore&nbsp;della&nbsp;resistenza nominale&nbsp;di&nbsp;100 Ohm a 0 \u00b0C. Per questo motivo le termoresistenze RTD sono spesso conosciute come&nbsp;sensori&nbsp;Pt, ai quali viene convenzionalmente aggiunto il valore&nbsp;di&nbsp;resistenza a 0\u00b0C, che ci porta a parlare&nbsp;di&nbsp;Pt100 oppure Pt1000, che significa&nbsp;sensore&nbsp;Pt (platino) 100 \u03a9 (oppure 1.000 \u03a9 , 500 \u03a9) a 0\u00b0C. La normativa&nbsp;di&nbsp;riferimento \u00e8 la IEC 60751 (DIN EN 60751) che definisce le caratteristiche sia&nbsp;dei&nbsp;sensori, che delle sonde ad essi connesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sensori di temperatura: <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2022\/02\/24\/24-termocoppie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Termocoppie<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"898\" height=\"405\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/TERMOCOPPIE-2.jpg\" alt=\"termocoppie\" class=\"wp-image-12969\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/TERMOCOPPIE-2.jpg 898w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/TERMOCOPPIE-2-300x135.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/TERMOCOPPIE-2-768x346.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 898px) 100vw, 898px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Infine l\u2019ultimo tipo \u00e8 quello delle&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termocoppie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">termocoppie<\/a><\/strong>. Si tratta&nbsp;di&nbsp;sensori&nbsp;di&nbsp;temperatura, composti da due fili metallici&nbsp;di&nbsp;materiali diversi, uniti in un punto definito giunto caldo, che rappresenta il punto in cui viene letta la&nbsp;temperatura. Dall\u2019altra estremit\u00e0 i due conduttori sono liberi. La parte terminale viene definita giunto freddo, che normalmente \u00e8 collegato a un circuito, tramite una morsettiera, che connette la sonda a uno strumento&nbsp;di&nbsp;misura, in modo diretto o per mezzo&nbsp;di&nbsp;una prolunga. La norma&nbsp;di&nbsp;riferimento delle termocoppie \u00e8 la EN-60584 che ne identifica i diversi tipi sulla base&nbsp;dei&nbsp;materiali utilizzati e dell\u2019intervallo&nbsp;di&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;che sono preposte a misurare, classificandole con lettere dell\u2019alfabeto.
