Nella fattispecie la resistenza cresce con l&#8217;aumentare della temperatura, al contrario di quanto succede con i&nbsp;termistori&nbsp;NTC (<em>Negative Temperature Coefficient<\/em>) nei quali la resistenza diminuisce con l\u2019aumentare della temperatura. Su questi ultimi ritorner\u00f2 in seguito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">La parola termistore deriva dalla contrazione di temperatura e resistore, per essere precisi dall\u2019inglese&nbsp;<em>thermistor<\/em>, e quindi&nbsp;<em>therm(ally sensitive res)istor<\/em>, cio\u00e8 \u00abresistore termicamente sensibile\u00bb<a href=\"https:\/\/mail.google.com\/mail\/u\/0\/#m_-22420919691687761__ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>. Si basa sulla teoria della resistenza di un materiale al cambio di temperatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">Inizialmente la variazione di resistenza \u00e8 minima e rimane costante fino alla temperatura di intervento, o di risposta nominale. Quando tale limite viene superato, possiamo osservare una variazione della resistenza maggiore a 1kOhm, come ci mostra il grafico qui sotto, nel quale la curva ha un\u2019improvvisa crescita verticale in stretta prossimit\u00e0 della temperatura nominale d\u2019intervento (NAT). Tale variazione viene letta da uno strumento connesso al&nbsp;PTC&nbsp;(sganciatore) che apre il circuito in modo permanente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">Una volta intervenuti, i&nbsp;PTC&nbsp;non si auto-ripristinano finch\u00e9 non sar\u00e0 scollegato e riattivato il passaggio di corrente, a quel punto il termistore torner\u00e0 a lavorare regolarmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"531\" height=\"636\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/PTC.jpg\" alt=\"ptc\" class=\"wp-image-12924\" style=\"width:398px;height:477px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/PTC.jpg 531w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/PTC-250x300.jpg 250w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 531px) 100vw, 531px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Termistori PTC: MF1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">I&nbsp;PTC&nbsp;possono essere usati nelle schede elettroniche. In questa sede voglio soffermarmi sulla serie&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/74lch.r.ag.d.sendibm3.com\/mk\/cl\/f\/90YRUW8rHaghnXp9sfUFmGw1DOh2eTHlx3fxEnGHXR3Q22NcMEDp4eV25Nz_jUY6vKvTRjsJjnhJRLXdFb2jKoqeUR4_P3DU--G1Gbu8GWga9j87HvW2GO0GIL01703wA130nsLHHDM9sEE3-oV0Puhu3HnGiF7Kwrd-ezPS9ACFl1569gsjkJNEejFggRZEJsuh2dRuE9fLfaCb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MF1<\/a>&nbsp;dei nostri partner tedeschi della TMC, che sono progettati e realizzati per l\u2019inserimento nelle matasse dei motori o dei trasformatori elettrici. I&nbsp;termistori&nbsp;PTC&nbsp;della serie MF1 vanno inseriti parallelamente al verso dell\u2019avvolgimento per minimizzare le sollecitazioni di carattere meccanico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">La serie <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/ptc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MF1<\/a> \u00e8 costruita in accordo alle norme DIN 44081 che stabiliscono anche un codice colore dei cavetti che consente un\u2019immediata identificazione delle temperature. I&nbsp;PTC&nbsp;della serie MF1 possono essere cablati in versione singola, a coppia o a terna, fino ad arrivare a una soluzione sestupla.
