Abbiamo gi\u00e0 discusso di&nbsp;come&nbsp;funzionano&nbsp;questi interruttori monouso in \u201cR&amp;D Social \u2013 Articolo 10\u201d e del pericolo che possa generare la creazione di un arco elettrico in \u201cR&amp;D Social \u2013 Articolo 12\u201d. \u00c9 importante sapere che anche esporre il termofusibile a una temperatura superiore al Th (<em>Holding Temperature<\/em>) pu\u00f2 essere molto compromettente per il corretto funzionamento del dispositivo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Il termofusibile ai raggi X<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">Le figure qui sotto sono radiografie del termofusibile. Si tratta di una comune prassi per<strong> SUNG WOO<\/strong> nel momento in cui dovesse ricevere segnalazioni di anomalie o contestazioni. O pi\u00f9 semplicemente ogni volta che viene prodotta una campionatura, per avere la garanzia al 100% che non sorga alcun tipo di problematica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">Nella&nbsp;<strong>figura 1<\/strong>&nbsp;il termofusibile \u00e8 in posizione iniziale. Il prodotto \u00e8 nuovo, in condizioni perfette ed \u00e8 funzionante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">Nella&nbsp;<strong>figura 2<\/strong>&nbsp;il&nbsp;<em>thermal pellet<\/em>&nbsp;si \u00e8 liquefatto, la molla \u00e8 scattata e il termofusibile \u00e8 intervenuto. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">Nella <strong>figura 3<\/strong> il&nbsp;<em>thermal pellet<\/em>, a seguito di un\u2019esposizione a una temperatura superiore al <em>Th<\/em>, ha avviato il processo di liquefazione ma non a sufficienza da fare scattare la molla interna. Si \u00e8 quindi limitato a ridurre lo spessore di questo composto. Facendo un normale test di continuit\u00e0 della corrente l\u2019esito sarebbe positivo, e apparentemente potrebbe non apparire alcuna anomalia ad un controllo visivo. Potrebbe cos\u00ec essere confuso con un qualsiasi termofusibile funzionante. In realt\u00e0 non \u00e8 cos\u00ec poich\u00e9 il termofusibile si trova in prossimit\u00e0 di un intervento. Potrebbe bastare un surriscaldamento dell\u2019ambiente di lavoro o anche una semplice vibrazione, causata dal funzionamento di un\u2019apparecchiatura piuttosto che da un semplice trasporto ed ecco che si raggiungerebbe lo scatto della molla e quindi l\u2019intervento del componente apparentemente senza giustificazione. Questa \u00e8 la situazione pi\u00f9 pericolosa nella quale si pu\u00f2 rischiare di imbattersi se si supera la&nbsp;<em>Temperature Holding<\/em>&nbsp;(Th). Questo perch\u00e9 il termofusibile in genere non presenta alcuna anomalia esterna ed \u00e8 facile confonderlo con uno perfetto. Difatti, senza raggi X non \u00e8 possibile capire l\u2019eventuale livello di compromissione. In realt\u00e0 in alcuni casi si pu\u00f2 assistere a un cambio di colore della resina,&nbsp;come&nbsp;si vede nella&nbsp;<strong>figura 4<\/strong>, dove la resina rossa dei 144\u00b0C si \u00e8 scolorita. Se doveste assistere a tale fenomeno non esitate ad accantonare quei singoli pezzi, e a sostituirli con altri funzionanti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"900\" height=\"547\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/RX-TF.jpg\" alt=\"termofusibile\" class=\"wp-image-12808\" style=\"width:675px;height:410px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/RX-TF.jpg 900w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/RX-TF-300x182.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/RX-TF-768x467.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Come&nbsp;pu\u00f2 succedere che si supera il Th?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">I casi pi\u00f9 tipici si riscontrano in fase di installazione sull\u2019applicazione o durante le operazioni di cablaggio. Pu\u00f2 accadere che il termofusibile venga esposto ad una fonte di calore elevata, magari per termorestringere una guaina o per saldare dei cavi ai reofori. Per questi motivi la <strong>SUNG WOO<\/strong> raccomanda di seguire alcune precauzioni:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">Eseguire l\u2019operazione di saldatura di eventuali cablaggi aggiuntivi il pi\u00f9 lontano possibile dal corpo del TCO. Meglio sarebbe eseguire una crimpatura tra cavo e reoforo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">Evitare, o ridurre al minimo, il trasferimento di calore al corpo TCO.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">Nel caso di un elettrosaldatura, accertarsi che una eventuale corrente elettrica dispersa non passi attraverso il contatto elettrico interno o il corpo del TCO.
