Fermo restando tutto quello spiegato in \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/09\/13\/2-che-cosa-provoca-lapertura-e-la-chiusura-dei-contatti-in-un-dispositivo-bimetallico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Che cosa provoca l&#8217;apertura o la chiusura dei contatti in un dispositivo bimetallico<\/a>\u201d, lo affronter\u00f2 sotto un diverso punto di vista, vale a dire il caso in cui il&nbsp;contatto&nbsp;sia inizialmente&nbsp;aperto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">Abbiamo gi\u00e0 detto che il bimetallo si piega per effetto del diverso coefficiente di dilatazione dei metalli che lo compongono e in seguito alla variazione della temperatura. Il&nbsp;termostato&nbsp;viene definito \u201cnormalmente&nbsp;aperto\u201d e interviene a una temperatura superiore a quella ambiente. Questo termostato lavora, ad esempio, a 100\u00b0C; in una situazione di partenza a temperatura ambiente, ipotizzo 22\u00b0C, i&nbsp;contatti&nbsp;sono&nbsp;aperti&nbsp;e non passa corrente. Una semplice prova&nbsp;con&nbsp;un tester lo potr\u00e0 confermare senza problemi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">Nel momento in cui la temperatura raggiunge i 100\u00b0C del nostro esempio, i&nbsp;contatti&nbsp;si chiudono e il&nbsp;termostato&nbsp;inizia a lavorare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">I&nbsp;termostati&nbsp;con&nbsp;contatti&nbsp;normalmente&nbsp;aperti&nbsp;trovano impiego come dispositivi di sicurezza, ad esempio collegati&nbsp;con&nbsp;una ventola di raffreddamento, o&nbsp;con&nbsp;un segnalatore luminoso.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">Torniamo al precedente esempio, e immaginiamo che il nostro&nbsp;termostato&nbsp;bimetallico&nbsp;venga installato su un\u2019apparecchiatura, come pu\u00f2 essere un motore elettrico. Se surriscaldandosi raggiunge i 100\u00b0C del nostro esempio, allora i&nbsp;contatti&nbsp;andranno a chiudersi consentendo a una ventola o a un segnale acustico o luminoso, di iniziare a lavorare. Fin qui ho sempre parlato di&nbsp;termostati&nbsp;bimetallici, quindi nel nostro caso dei TK24, ma lo stesso principio pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato sui protettori termici, anche se&nbsp;con&nbsp;performance diverse (<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/11\/11\/11-qualita-o-prestazioni\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">vedi \u201cQualit\u00e0 o prestazioni.
