Il fenomeno che porta alla trasformazione dell\u2019energia in calore \u00e8 noto come Legge di&nbsp;Joule, e prende il nome dal fisico inglese James Prescott&nbsp;Joule&nbsp;(1818 \u2013 1889) che nel 1848 riusc\u00ec a dimostrare che il calore poteva essere generato dalla corrente elettrica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">Il passaggio di corrente attraverso i contatti di un protettore termico pu\u00f2 trasformarsi in calore e generare il fenomeno del declassamento. Significa che il passaggio di corrente pu\u00f2 generare calore, che come tale <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/09\/13\/2-che-cosa-provoca-lapertura-e-la-chiusura-dei-contatti-in-un-dispositivo-bimetallico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>viene percepito dal bimetallo<\/strong><\/a> e lo porta ad intervenire, non perch\u00e9 sull\u2019applicazione nella quale \u00e8 posto si sia realmente raggiunta la temperatura d\u2019intervento, ma perch\u00e9 la corrente si \u00e8 trasformata in calore. Non \u00e8 facile determinare con precisione il grado di declassamento che subir\u00e0 un protettore termico sensibile alla corrente (current sensitive). Possiamo vedere come i tre modelli C1 (alta sensibilit\u00e0), C4 (media sensibilit\u00e0) e C8 (bassa sensibilit\u00e0) si comportano in presenza di un aumento della corrente di lavoro, e qual \u00e8 il loro grado di declassamento. Preciso che si tratta di valori indicativi, a scopo esemplificativo, e non tassativi perch\u00e9, come anticipato, influenzabili da diversi fattori esterni. I risultati non devono portare a una classificazione qualitativa dei tre modelli (argomento gi\u00e0 trattato in\u00a0&#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/11\/11\/11-qualita-o-prestazioni\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Qualit\u00e0 o prestazioni? Quando la gamma fa la differenza<\/strong><\/a>&#8220;) ma invece devono condurre a prendere coscienza della diversit\u00e0 dei tre prodotti, e della necessit\u00e0 di valutare il loro utilizzo prendendo in considerazione tutte le diverse peculiarit\u00e0 del prodotto, ma anche dell\u2019applicazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">Un protettore molto sensibile subir\u00e0 un forte declassamento in caso di aumento della corrente, e interverr\u00e0 molto prima di quanto non ci si aspetti. Un protettore poco sensibile, invece, non sar\u00e0 influenzato da un eventuale sovraccarico di corrente, ma questo non sempre \u00e8 un bene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">La conclusione alla quale arrivo sempre in questi casi \u00e8 che il proprietario del progetto \u00e8 la persona che conosce pregi e difetti della sua creazione, ma anche tutte le criticit\u00e0, e ha il dovere di fare i relativi test per assicurarsi della perfetta intercambiabilit\u00e0 di un protettore, o della sua idoneit\u00e0 nel caso di nuovi progetti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">La gamma \u00e8 vasta e le proposte che offriamo sono numerose.
