In modo particolare mi voglio soffermare sulla serie\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/termofusibili\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>SW1<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0dei nostri partner coreani della <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thermalcutoff.com\/eng\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>SUNG WOO<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">I termofusibili svolgono la loro funzione aprendo un contatto elettrico una volta raggiunta la temperatura per la quale sono costruiti. Il meccanismo che provoca tale intervento \u00e8 basato su un composto chimico \u2013 organico, che da uno stato solido a seguito del raggiungimento di tale temperatura, passa a uno stato liquido. Questo composto si chiama&nbsp;<em>thermal pellet<\/em>. Il fusibile termico serie SW-1 \u00e8 costituito da un contatto elettrico mobile, una molla e il&nbsp;<em>thermal pellet<\/em>, che elettricamente non \u00e8 conduttivo. Durante il normale funzionamento la corrente scorre dal reoforo sinistro al contatto mobile e attraverso il corpo metallico del termofusibile arriva al reoforo destro.&nbsp;Raggiunta la temperatura di intervento o fusione il&nbsp;<em>thermal pellet<\/em>&nbsp;si scioglie e passa da stato solido a liquido, provocando l\u2019espansione della molla. Il contatto mobile si allontana dal reoforo sinistro, il circuito elettrico si interrompe e non vi \u00e8 pi\u00f9 passaggio di corrente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"705\" src=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Schema-SW1.jpg\" alt=\"Termofusibili\" class=\"wp-image-12845\" style=\"width:500px;height:353px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Schema-SW1.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Schema-SW1-300x212.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Schema-SW1-768x541.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TF, TH e TM nei termofusibili<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">Sono tre le temperature che determinano il campo d\u2019azione di un termofusibile e quindi la sua scelta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>TF: Functioning temperature<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 \u00e8 la temperatura alla quale il\u00a0<em>thermal pellet<\/em>\u00a0passa dallo stato solido a quello liquido provocando l\u2019apertura del circuito elettrico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>TH: Holding temperature\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211;\u00a0\u00e8 la temperatura massima alla quale il termofusibile pu\u00f2 lavorare senza innescare un processo di invecchiamento precoce del thermal pellet e danneggiarsi per 168 ore.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>TM: Maximum temperature Limit<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; \u00e8 la temperatura massima alla quale le propriet\u00e0 meccaniche ed elettriche del termofusibile possono essere mantenute per 10 minuti senza rischiare il ripristino della conducibilit\u00e0 elettrica e il conseguente ritorno al funzionamento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ad81c4ae5d41c7bd000f97229d1d5196\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">Questi&nbsp;termofusibili&nbsp;assiali hanno una forma estremamente compatta e un\u2019alta portata di corrente (15A &#8211; 250V). Sono inoltre estremamente sensibili alla temperatura ambiente in cui sono installati. Sono dispositivi di sicurezza monouso con un\u2019unica singola operazione, ci\u00f2 significa che vanno sostituiti una volta che hanno svolto la loro funzione.
