Il punto di partenza di questo ragionamento \u00e8 la corretta posizione di questo componente.<br>Come spiegato <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/09\/13\/2-che-cosa-provoca-lapertura-e-la-chiusura-dei-contatti-in-un-dispositivo-bimetallico\/\"><strong>qui<\/strong><\/a>, \u00e8 il bimetallo a determinare\u00a0l\u2019apertura (o la chiusura) dei contatti. Il termostato bimetallico, anche definito termostato a contatto, interviene in funzione della\u00a0temperatura\u00a0che rileva nel punto in cui \u00e8 posizionato. Non legge la\u00a0temperatura\u00a0di una superficie o di un\u2019area in un microambiente, ma sente la\u00a0temperatura\u00a0in quella posizione. Immaginiamo, come riporta la figura, che ci sia una fonte di calore che riscalda in modo disuniforme il piano, rilevando le temperature (rigorosamente frutto di fantasia) che vedete nel disegno. Posso posizionare il mio termostato nel punto \u201c<strong>A<\/strong>\u201d, nel punto \u201c<strong>B<\/strong>\u201d o nel punto \u201c<strong>C<\/strong>\u201d. Supponiamo, come indica la figura, che per evitare di avere problemi&nbsp;e&nbsp;danneggiare&nbsp;l\u2019apparecchiatura, non si debbano superare i 90\u00b0C nel punto \u201c<strong>A<\/strong>\u201d. Se in questo punto viene installato un termostato a 90\u00b0C, si raggiunge la situazione ideale, ma se lo stesso viene posizionato nel punto \u201c<strong>C<\/strong>\u201d che cosa succede? Lo vediamo nella seconda figura: mentre nel punto \u201c<strong>C<\/strong>\u201d la&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;continua a salire&nbsp;e&nbsp;successivamente, ipotizziamo in 5 minuti, si arriva ai 90\u00b0C necessari all\u2019intervento, nei punti \u201c<strong>B<\/strong>\u201d&nbsp;e&nbsp;\u201c<strong>A<\/strong>\u201d siamo andati oltre le soglie di pericolo.&nbsp;L\u2019apparecchiatura, cos\u00ec, potrebbe essersi irreparabilmente danneggiata, con tutte le possibili conseguenze in termini di sicurezza. Allora siamo tutti d\u2019accordo che dobbiamo posizionare il nostro termostato nel punto \u201c<strong>A<\/strong>\u201d, dico bene?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Ma se a non essere d\u2019accordo fosse il progetto? Che cosa succede nel caso in cui, per svariate ragioni, non ci sia la possibilit\u00e0 di utilizzare il punto \u201c<strong>A<\/strong>\u201d? Se&nbsp;l\u2019unico spazio disponibile fosse \u201c<strong>C<\/strong>\u201d? Come evitare di creare la situazione illustrata nella <em>figura 2<\/em>? Ovviamente mettendo un termostato nel punto \u201c<strong>C<\/strong>\u201d, ma non&nbsp;pi\u00f9 a 90\u00b0C, bens\u00ec a 70\u00b0C.&nbsp;In questo modo avremo ancora la situazione della <em>figura 1<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Voglio ripeterlo a scanso di equivoci, le temperature&nbsp;e&nbsp;i tempi riportati in questi esempi sono frutto di fantasia, privi di qualsiasi prova empirica&nbsp;e&nbsp;semplicemente inventati in sostituzione di sterili \u201cX, Y o Z\u201d.
