Ci si chiede spesso come \u201cmuoia\u201d il termostato, che significa se l\u2019ultimo ciclo che andr\u00e0 a compiere sar\u00e0 quello che provoca la chiusura o l&#8217;apertura del circuito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\"><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/2021\/09\/13\/2-che-cosa-provoca-lapertura-e-la-chiusura-dei-contatti-in-un-dispositivo-bimetallico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Come gi\u00e0 spiegato<\/strong><\/a>, \u00e8 la lamina di bimetallo che provoca l\u2019apertura o la chiusura dei contatti, e il ripetersi on\/off \u00e8 definito ciclo. La meccanica non \u00e8 diversa da quella di un fil di ferro che viene piegato, con eguale forza, prima verso l\u2019alto poi verso il basso. L\u2019ultimo ciclo potrebbe essere quello che apre i contatti, oppure quello che li richiude, riarmando il nostro dispositivo per sempre. Quest\u2019ultima casualit\u00e0 potrebbe dimostrarsi molto pericolosa. Per questo motivo, quando l\u2019applicazione lo richiede, il termostato automatico viene affiancato da un termostato a riarmo manuale (<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/bimetallici-manuali\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>TK32<\/strong><\/a>) oppure da un termofusibile (<a href=\"https:\/\/rdcomponents.com\/site\/assiali\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>SW<\/strong><\/a>). Ci\u00f2 soprattutto quando il termostato automatico ha la funzione di regolare la temperatura, e di conseguenza gli viene chiesto di lavorare e intervenire con continuit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">Il termostato, o il protettore, che arriva alla fine dei suoi cicli, potrebbe farlo chiudendo i contatti. Cos\u00ec, l\u2019apparecchiatura sulla quale \u00e8 montato continuer\u00e0 a lavorare senza avere una sicurezza operativa, con le conseguenze che si possono facilmente immaginare.
